My son is concerned about his cousin possibly taking some of his Robux, so he changes his passwords often. I bought him a £20 Robux gift card recently. He logged out and now can't remember his password. He made a new one but is upset because he had a lot of Robux on his old account. Unfortunately, he didn't link an email address to his account for password recovery. Could you assist him in recovering his password? Thank you.

My underage daughter inadvertently used Roblox without my consent, resulting in unauthorized charges amounting to £[redacted] from our account. Concerned about potential further fees, I discovered her 8-year-old brother had unknowingly set up the account on an old phone, still linked to my accounts but lacking a SIM card. Due to our demanding jobs as a nurse and firefighter during the pandemic, we missed monitoring this closely. I have removed the phone, canceled all possible connections, and request a refund for the charges incurred as of January 22nd.

Hello, my name is Johnny, and I own the Roblox account WubbleBubble207. Recently, I discovered my account has been banned for seven days due to alleged violations that I did not commit. The ban was related to harassment incidents, and I will provide some context. While playing the popular Roblox game Adopt Me with my friend, another user began harassing and bullying my friend. I intervened to stand up for her, and in response, the user used a derogatory term toward me. I calmly explained that using such language is inappropriate. However, as my chat was limited, I had to split my message into multiple parts. Unfortunately, this might have led to a misunderstanding. I want to clarify that I am a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and would never engage in behavior that goes against community guidelines.

I am having trouble accessing my Roblox account. I have sent an email with my current email address, but it may not match the one linked to the account as my old email was deleted. The account name is SansBadtimemode12, created around [redacted], and linked to my Xbox One S. I noticed some suspicious activity with bots accessing my account and interacting with scam content, so I changed my password. However, I now cannot remember the new password and require assistance. My son has a membership, and this is his first renewal. We bought the membership on 1/9/[redacted], and on his account, it shows that the renewal date is 2/9/[redacted]. According to this, he should receive his monthly Robux allotment today. We have been checking all day, but no Robux has appeared yet. If this is set for auto-renewal, shouldn't the Robux automatically be added to his account? I'm wondering what time they should typically show up. His account username is TheCichlid, and the person who purchased the Robux was Geoffrey Gordon using a VISA credit card on 1/9/[redacted], with the email [redacted] He has a Premium [redacted] membership.

I recently fell for a scam on Instagram where I shared my password and username with someone promising Robux. The person eventually stopped replying after I sent the details. I trusted them because they showed a history of giving Robux. I managed to regain access to my account, but they spent most of my Robux. I only have 1 Robux left out of [redacted]. I recently uploaded a decal on Roblox and was unfairly banned for a week due to it being deemed inappropriate. I have submitted two appeal emails since Friday, the day of the ban. As there hasn't been any response, I sent a follow-up email on Monday to address the silence. It's frustrating because the decal was supposed to be compliant with Roblox's terms of service. The ban was issued with a vague explanation of inappropriateness without further details. I sent my first appeal immediately and another one on Monday but have yet to hear back from Roblox. It's now Wednesday, and I am still waiting for an explanation regarding the ban and the supposed violation of their rules.

My account was hacked by someone, and I need help to recover it. The email associated with the account was [redacted] with the password woodkelly25 and the phone number [redacted]. The hacker changed the username to woodkellyjoseph123 and is sharing fake links about getting free Robux on Roblox. They've been posting these links on my group chat, causing me to lose money that I saved to buy Robux. I didn't receive my Robux. On December 21, [redacted], my mum gave me two $10 Robux gift cards for my birthday. I redeemed one card successfully, but when the thumbs-up image appeared, I forgot to press the "Submit" button and did not receive my Robux. Luckily, the other card worked fine. I am disappointed this happened, especially on my birthday. I hope reaching out about this issue will lead to a resolution. Upon reentry, we discovered that all of her items had been traded by the hacker. We promptly informed you that the trades were unauthorized. Regrettably, I failed to update you once we resolved the issue. It appears that someone on your end saw my message and consequently closed my daughter's account. Could you kindly reinstate the account MermaidQueenxoxo, but this time under my email address [redacted]? I hope this can be swiftly resolved, as my daughter is quite distressed.

Despite receiving a refund from my bank, my account was unexpectedly deleted. I am distressed by this action, as I value my connections on the platform. I recently lost access to my Roblox account after falling for a scam advertised in a Roblox game. The ad was deceptive, claiming to be endorsed by Roblox and offering free robux for a limited time. I input my login details as prompted, but my screen froze and I was forcefully logged out. I've invested money into my account, and it holds exclusive items from the beta version of Mad City which are no longer obtainable. Upon trying to log back in, my password was rejected, and I realized I never linked an email or phone number to my account. Roblox's customer support was unhelpful and asked me to prove ownership, which seemed redundant. This account is precious to me as it was my first one ever created. Yesterday after 6 p.m., my Adopt Me game account got hacked and I'm not sure how it happened. My account has strong protection: I set up two-step verification when creating my account to avoid being hacked. My password is very secure as I used the one from my school's website, Pronote, which was given to me by the principal. I even activated a PIN code to prevent password changes, so I don't understand how the hacker managed to breach it. I didn't receive any emails when they logged into my account. Please, can you take action on your end? I have a YouTube channel (Elena from Roblox), and if I don't recover my pets in Adopt Me, I am considering deleting my channel since they were what attracted followers. I recently discovered that my Roblox account was hacked last year, but I only noticed the issue this year as I am not active on the platform anymore. Upon regaining access to my account, I was shocked to find out that it had been terminated. After reaching out to Customer Support through the Support Form, I was informed that the account was deleted due to disputed/unauthorized purchases linked to it. It seems the hacker made purchases on my account leading to its termination. Unfortunately, my appeal to get it back was denied without further investigation into the situation. Despite my attempts to provide more details via email, Customer Support has been unresponsive to my requests for assistance.

A group of 14-year-olds were bothering me and making offensive remarks. Despite asking them to stop, they proceeded to find my Discord username, call me, and see my face. When my friend and I were about to play Roblox, I realized I couldn't access my account. I tried my backup account and found out it had been hacked by one of the kids. Even when confronted, he pretended not to know me. My friend bravely negotiated with him to return my account. However, the hacker kept attempting to access it, causing distress. I possess video evidence from both my phone and PC confirming my ownership of the account (WwolfLover100111). My main request is to reset my password promptly to reconnect with my friends and update them on the situation. I can furnish the video proof if needed, and my friends are willing to corroborate the issue. The incident occurred when I inadvertently clicked on a link while on a separate website, leading to my sudden logout and inability to regain access due to a password alteration by the hacker. Lately, I've noticed several items of clothing disappearing from my wardrobe without any replacements or refunds. I find this situation quite unfair, considering the money I have spent on these items. I believe I'm being taken advantage of and would appreciate receiving a refund. It appears others are experiencing similar issues, so I urge the company to address this promptly.
