I was going to buy a emote, but then I realized I don’t have any robux. I checked on recently purchased and it said that I buy a outfit that cost *** robux. I also checked to see if it was in my inventory and it was not. I did not make this purchase and it used up all my robux. I tried contacting roblox support and they asked me to send a screen shot, once I did it sent me a automatic message saying they don’t support this email anymore when they were just telling me what to do please help I want a refund!
GetHuman-femcgui did not yet indicate what ROBLOX should do to make this right.

What I did was I contacted roblox support and I followed there directions, after you send them an email they send you automated one. Just ignore that one because they will get back to you. They gave me a once in a lifetime refund cause they think my account was hacked, so if this happens then turn on * step identification because i can not afford to get hacked again and neither can you.
