I wanted to share that I have been receiving troubling messages from a friend about being replaced and taken advantage of for Robux. While playing Roblox Bloxburg, my friends joined my game, greeted me, and then unexpectedly kicked me out. It seemed like someone accessed my account, deleted my mansion, and spent all my Robux and money in the game. I am left unable to purchase more gamepasses and need more Robux for Bloxburg coins, but I do not want to misuse my mom's money. If you could help by donating even just [redacted] or 2k Robux, I would appreciate it. If not, that's understandable. I urge you to consider taking action against these friends who have been exploiting me for Robux. I hope you take this matter seriously, Roblox.

A few days ago, I discovered that my account, 7sparks, had its password and email address altered. Despite reaching out to support and providing copies of the email, they claimed my account was secure. I attempted to revert using the link provided but encountered errors. I also found that builder's club was purchased on my account and my character's appearance was changed. This account has sentimental value to me as I've had it since childhood. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My Roblox account was hacked, and the password I thought was secure got leaked to my friends. I managed to log in using the old password before it was changed, but now I can't remember it to update my account security settings. Here are screenshots of the messages sent: Main account: [redacted] Alt account: [redacted] The hacked account is "myname126." Please help me reset the password and enable two-step verification to prevent this from happening again. Also, I'm removing the scam game they created. Thank you, William.

When I was 9 years old, my account was hacked and eventually terminated. I reported the incident to ROBLOX with the hope that they would log out the unauthorized user. Losing all the robux in my account has been difficult, causing me to experience feelings of depression. Initially, someone promised to give me 20,[redacted] robux, but unfortunately, nothing positive came out of it. The account was terminated shortly after within 5 days, preventing me from accessing it despite numerous reports. I had high hopes that ROBLOX would investigate and assist, but unfortunately, no action was taken. The entire situation has left me feeling incredibly sad and unhappy. I kindly request that my account be reinstated, and if possible, for any remaining robux to be restored. Previously, my mother had purchased 2,[redacted] robux for me, along with [redacted] robux through Builders Club. I had spent approximately 2,[redacted] robux within the first two days. While playing Dragon Ball Z Rage, I experienced an unfortunate scam that wiped out all my hard-earned stats. It was incredibly frustrating as it took me a long time to build them up. I am seeking advice on how to prevent this from happening again. I am also curious if there is a way to recover my lost stats without starting from scratch. It was disheartening to lose everything so suddenly without any wrongdoing on my part. I wonder if other players have faced similar distressing situations. I have been playing Roblox for many years and have invested a lot of money in Robux. Unfortunately, my tablet is old and doesn't have an SD card so I can't save anything. Since my tablet may stop working soon, I want to preserve my progress on Roblox, but I don't remember my password and haven't linked an email to my account. How can I recover my password? Can you please email me my password or guide me in the right direction? I can't even recall when I initially joined Roblox.

I woke up one morning and decided to check Roblox, only to find out I had to log in again. Upon entering my information, it said my password was incorrect. I always make sure to keep track of my password, so I found it strange. When I accessed my other account and looked for my main one, I noticed my avatar had been changed to a boy with a beard after I had recently updated it with a troll necklace. As a girl, this was very upsetting because my account had been hacked. My account that was compromised is iiHolyShakkaho, and now I am using the account briannaloves03. I was in the middle of playing Bloxburg and constructing a house when this happened, and now I can't finish it. Roblox, please assist me in recovering my stolen account.

Hello. I need assistance with an unauthorized transaction made by my intellectually disabled foster daughter on Roblox. She used my Credit Card to purchase robux without my permission. The transaction occurred this morning on the 15th of April, [redacted], in Australia. The amounts were $[redacted].99 and $[redacted].98. Unfortunately, I cannot cover these costs. The transaction is pending on my bank statement, but I have already canceled the card. Hello dear Roblox Team, Last night, I painted a picture for my Roblox game. I tried to use it as an icon, but I was kicked out of my account. Then, I attempted to upload it as a thumbnail, but it didn't work. I thought something was wrong, so I changed the font color and re-uploaded it. However, I was kicked out of my account again. When I logged back in, I was kicked out after 3-5 seconds, but this time I received a 3-day ban. I believe it was because of the last picture. Could you please unban me? I have submitted several complaints about this issue with Roblox, and I cannot understand why they do not recognize that "razlomaster" is indeed my account. I have evidence to prove my ownership. If only there was a way to communicate with them over the phone, I could clarify this. Previously, I had accounts named "razlotar" and "yoyocoy," but it seems no one is taking this seriously. I am uncertain if I was hacked or simply forgot my password, but I am certain that these three accounts belong to me. I am in desperate need of assistance.

I paid £14.00 for 1K Robux and Monthly BC. The BC was issued correctly, but I only received [redacted] Robux instead of the full 1K. I haven't used the 1K Robux. The purchase was made on April 15, [redacted], and no other transactions occurred after that, proving the Robux are untouched. I am from Colombia and I bought a Rixty card to purchase Robux for Roblox. I purchased a Rixty card for 72,[redacted] Colombian pesos, but I noticed that the Rixty payment option is no longer available. I spoke with the store, and they informed me that there are no refunds. Dear Roblox Support, Almost a decade ago, I created my Roblox account with the username "hihiume." Approximately one year ago, I unexpectedly lost access to my account. Despite never changing my password, I was perplexed to find myself unable to sign in. In attempts to recover my account, I tried various emails I may have used but discovered that my original email from childhood wasn’t linked to my Roblox. This has been disheartening as many cherished childhood moments and around $[redacted] CAD are linked to that account. I’m reaching out to inquire if there's a way to verify my ownership of "hihiume" and regain access to my account. Hello, I have been a loyal ROBLOX player for 7 years, starting at the age of 8 and now being 15. Unfortunately, a purchase I made was disputed by my parents due to the amount spent. I understand the robux cannot be returned as they have been used. To address this, I am willing to part with my valuable limited items to compensate for the disputed purchase. I recently made a purchase on Roblox for 8.00 GBP to get [redacted] Robux and 5.49 GBP for Builders Club. However, I only received [redacted] Robux after the transaction, along with 15 BC stipend. I believe there was an error where my account did not receive the full amount of Robux. I have evidence in the form of screenshots and could provide video proof showing that the Robux was not spent or traded. Upon checking my transaction history on 15/04/[redacted], I can confirm that I have not used or traded any of the purchased Robux. I am requesting that the missing Robux be added back to my account. Hello, I am an avid Roblox player and have been for a long time. Recently, there was an update that removed several games, including my favorite one called Hotline Roblox by Lifeissohilarious and Mezzo. This game had a dedicated community, and it was disheartening to see it go. The update enforced specific building and scripting requirements, which I found unnecessary and upsetting. Many players, myself included, enjoyed this game daily, but now it seems abandoned due to Lifeissohilarious no longer being active on Roblox. It's disappointing that a gem like Hotline Roblox had to suffer because of a seemingly pointless update.

Regrettably, this incident has left me unable to access my robux, leading to a sense of despair. Promises of receiving additional robux were made but never fulfilled, resulting in the account being shut down within a brief timeframe. Despite multiple reports submitted, I was unable to regain entry to the account and felt disappointed by the lack of resolution. Today, I uninstalled the Roblox app in an attempt to troubleshoot another issue I was encountering with one of my favorite games. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account Gl1tzyKc as I believe I failed to complete the verification process through either a phone number or email address. Despite attempting my usual passwords, I have been unsuccessful in regaining entry. The account holds significant progress across various activities, and starting anew would be disheartening. Despite sending two emails to Roblox, including one to [redacted], I have not yet received a response, but have received two customer care tickets: [redacted] and [redacted]. While unsure of their purpose, I believe they are crucial for resolving this issue. My primary goal is to regain access to my account and I am prepared to take all necessary steps to accomplish this.

My son was banned from a game after playing for a day. He had spent a lot of Robux on the game. The reason for the ban was that he used a command from a gamepass that supposedly wasn't allowed. It's confusing because the gamepass clearly stated that the command could be used. I reached out for a refund, but the owner denied it, citing a no-refund policy. I'd appreciate any assistance in getting a refund for my son. My son's account is spsarkgray, and mine is XXTURTLEGIRLXX1985. The game in question is Echelon Hotels, created by WaveScripts.
