Help with my Quicken issue

I signed up for the Quicken Deluxe **l* and downloaded in to my computer. However, when I tried to sign on to Quicken, I had to sign in to my account and then it was supposed to be belated but I needed a * no. code which I asked to be phoned to me. I never received a phone call. In short, I contacted your tech. who said that I didn*t have microsoft office installed. He could install it and the Quicken could be opened. After spending most of the day with him on & off the phone, he said the cost of Microsoft office would be ***.** which he said I could pay after everything was straightened out. I have never paid Microsoft anything over the years but wondered why they would now charge. He took charge of my computer which I didn't like , but did it anyway. He was supposed to call me back but never did. I called back and found that he had left for the day and had turned me over to another tech. In talking to him, he said I owed ***.** for their services. Nothing was said about this by Roger, my first tech. He is supposed to call me back in the morning. In the meantime, I checked my Quicken accounts and find that you lost over * years worth of entries and nothing is in balance . I want to cancel the original request to purchase the **l* file and cancel my charge for this file. I also want my account restored to what it was before this all happened. I am not paying any charges for Microsoft or your services. I thought your techs were ther to help not gouge you*
