The issue in GetHuman-tljuza's own words
Every since Quicken upgraded their program to the new version R**.** I have been unable to download any bank and credit card transactions via their summary program. The companies are: Citibank, First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo, Chase, Kohl's, American Express and Target.*With all of them I get error code cc-***. I also have followed all Quickens recommendations to correct the problem with no success. I reviewed problem with Quicken thru their chat program and after * hours they could not fix problem. If this can't be fixed in the near future I will be forced to discontinue Quicken for good. Can you help me? I even took my desktop to a computer repair company and after a $*** charge they couldn't fix it either
