The issue in GetHuman944793's own words
First, I downloaded an update to my Quicken Deluxe **** v. R**.**. I now reacts really slow to everything I click on (like ** sec's between moves).**Second, I did the online chat. I have never had such an awful experience. I think the person was helping several people at once and kept going in circles with the questions I was asked. They asked me "What File are you using?" I said I didn't understand the question and then they said "Sir, you need to be more concise." I already gave them my name as Julianne. If you don't understand I'm female, don't use Sir. But the worst part was them telling me to be concise when they weren't even being clear what information they needed from me.
GetHuman944793 did not yet indicate what Quicken should do to make this right.
