Help with my Quicken Loans issue

The issue in GetHuman-mcnielal's own words
I tried to pay off my Belk account balance today, $**.**. *A payment is due today, but I'm unable to do so because my checking account is frozen due to fraud on my Community First Debit card. I always pay this bill over the phone using my checking account. I called Belk, Carmen Myers ( my contact person for the refinance I am currently in the process of) plus other Quicken Loan numbers. I have been unable to reach anyone for advice or help because all are unavailable * closed. I cannot get help from the credit union until tomorrow for a new debit card, but since a payment was due today, my payment will be considered late. My refinance loan * is **********, and I have done everything I know to do. I an going to try to use the auto pay option for Belk over the phone, but I don't think my payment will be accepted because of the fraud freeze.
GetHuman-mcnielal did not yet indicate what Quicken Loans should do to make this right.
