My name is Ringard Frank. I have a Rif*account with Questrade *********. Approx. three weeks ago I mailed you an account transfer of about $**** from my RIF account at the Scotiabank*in Oshawa to my RIF account I have with Questrade. I used the proper Questrade form. So far the money has not been placed on my Queastrade RIF account nor have I heard anything about that transfer. Could you please tell me the status of this transfer. Should I give it more time or is there a problem with the transfer?
