The work order for the services I received on Feb **, **** at Fayetteville, AR were incorrectly listed as infertility related by Dr.Katie Beals's staff. This has since been corrected and updated codes were already sent to QuestLabs for the Z**.**.**Ms.Britney from Dr.Katies office Billing Derpartment had already sent the details to QuestLabs.**Earlier when I explained the situation to Quest lab customer service associates, I was told that when they receive updated labcodes as "General Wellness" They would work with Insurance company with the new codes - which would basically bring down the amount I have to pay significantly. **Could you please process this invoice with revised codes and correct your bills please?**Thank you!
