Operator was very disrespectful and was no help. Only would tell me to go to Qualcomm website for any information. Did not even let me get to a very specific question that I had, that the affor mentioned site did not contain. Said that she would not and could not transfer me to anyone at Qualcomm. I don't believe this is all of her fault, considering she does this on her own free time (apparently), she is a third party operator, and doesn't even have an internet connection.**I was not trying to be disrespectful in anyway towards her* I would have accepted an answer of, "I'm sorry, but I don't have an answer (to the real question I had that she never took) and I don't know who I could transfer you to that would have an answer." No, instead, I was told to "punt".**Ma'am (you know who I am), if you are the one that receives these reviews, please for your sake, look for a job you can find enjoyment in. If you don't want to deal with"Fricken people like me", then don't. There are other things out there that I'm sure you would be excellent at. **I hate leaving reviews like this. It seemed as if you were already having a bad day. I truly am sorry if you are, and I'm especially sorry that I have to add to it* but the way you treated me was completely unacceptable for any person to treat another* let alone, someone who is an operator.**Please, you don't have to do this to yourself. I can only imagine some of the calls you do receive, but it still does not excuse that behavior. I tried to respect you, you did not respect me.
