hi can you tell me why i have gone back to burgundy on my privalage card when i was silver i am afrequent flyer and i travel * times per year due to the pandemic of coronavirus i have not traveleled since january i am very disapointed that you have taken points off me from my silver card and put me to burgandy i would like to be put back up to silver otherwise i will take my custom to another airline please can you reply to me as soon as possible my privalage number is *********, i am very very dissapointed with this as i am a very loyal customer
