Good afternoon. Just a few minutes ago i did online checkin for our flight to Singapore - booking number: NCUGB*. Unfortunately we did not get our reserved seats **ab - exit row which we paid extra!! My partner is very tall ***cm we defintely do not agree with current seats in the center. On the way from Singapore to Brisbane it worked out very well and we got the reserved and paid seats. We really appreciate if you can swope us to the original seats we paid for. Many thanks. Sandra
