Referance * ********.It has been ** days since Qantas responded to my complaint of rebooking fees and delay because my wife and elderly Mum missed checkin by * minuite. That * minuite caost me $*** in rebooking fees as well as $*** for a hire car for * days. We could hve boarded even if our baggage had to be sent on a later flight. I would at least appriciate a refund of rebooking fees. Not receiving an email informing me of terminal * change would have stopped the confusion.
GetHuman-mahkahan did not yet indicate what Qantas Airlines should do to make this right.
