The issue in GetHuman-rodela's own words
All I wanted was to be told why the price changed in just a minute ... I recently ordered a product. Was given a price. Put it in a credit card. I got a email letting me know hiw much was being taken out. Which was what I agreed on when I made order. Right after that I got another email. Saying my bill was adjusted. The price I originally was was higher. It said my bill was adjusted. Now it wasn’t that much but it shouldn’t of gone up. This purchase was made on a credit card. I gave no authorization to charge me more. I was given I first time * dollar credit. That isn’t much but it is * dollars. I was told cause I paid it in full the cost would be more. To me that sounds backwards. And when I said thank you when I made order. I was told the price was going to be the lower price. So then I got the first email. It was the price I thought I was getting charged for. But the second was higher. I regret to say after that I doudt I’ll do any business with you guys again. I never heard of rising the price. I have seen the price get lowered. And I authorized the lowers price. You you took it in your own to give me a higher price. I dropped the order. Cause I don’t see why the price went up. And since I did it in my credit card. How could you possibly raise it. That is saying you could if raised it a couple hundred with out my authorization on my credit card. And I’m sorry if you pay off a item in full it should not be a higher price. If anything it should be lower. I know some places don’t take out funds until shipping. But that doesn’t give anyone the right to raise prices.
It’s frustrating cause I put this in my credit card. And after I made my order I was given the first price I got in the email. Not the second price.
I cancelled order. It didn’t mean I didn’t want the product. I just can’t see how prices can raise from one email to another.
I think all customers are good people. And if you are told one thing as you place your order. It shudent change.
I tried calling. But the associate. Made me feel*Like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I read him the two emails. And he still couldn’t answer my question why after already settling in a price. It went up. He said it was cause I paid it in full. I’m sorry but to me that still didn’t make sence. And the translation was already a done deal. I asked him to send me another email letting me know how much I’m being charged. He said he couldn’t until it was shipped. I cancelled order. I don’t understand why he could send me a invoice of how much u was being charged. Yet right after I cancelled my order. Guess what I got a email.
