I have a billing issue. *rchased two fitbit charge and payments were timely( directly from my checking account) but when I didn't see deduction for May I contacted QVC and they stated it was "delinquent." When I asked how they indicated it(payment) not authorized. I asked the representative to please process the two payments of **.**. I checked back. There is ONE payment "pending" but it(payment) does not imply the complete account(order number) Payment indicates for order******** when in fact ordere numbers are ************ &***. The incomplete number does not indicate what number payment( it would be my *rd) either. I have talked to three people over this without a resolution. Please contact me to resolve. Thank you.
