Go to the search bar on the top right corner of the page, enter "long breaded shrimp," then click the search icon. This will bring up the product you're looking for. You can then add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. Happy shopping!

We're sorry to hear that the product you received does not match your expectations. You can return most items within 30 days after you receive them. Package the item securely and include the packing slip, which has a section for returns. Make sure you specify the reason for the return as "Item not as pictured". You may use the return label included in your package but please note there is a return fee for using the prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we will process the return and make any necessary refunds to the relevant payment method.

We're sincerely sorry if you've received a late charge even though you've made a timely payment. Sometimes this can occur due to processing times or mail delivery delays. All payments should ideally be received and processed by the due date to avoid these fees. If you believe there has been an error, or if your payment was dispatched well before the due date, please get in touch with QVC directly. The customer service team will be more than happy to help resolve this issue for you.

Once an order has been placed on QVC, it cannot be changed or modified because processing occurs quickly to ensure swift delivery. This includes the shipping address. If the order was just recently placed, you might have a chance to cancel it and then reorder with the correct shipping address. However, if the order is already in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Please make sure to check all details, including the shipping address, before finalizing your order to avoid any mishaps.
