Get a better quality phone that actually WORKS. ... I’m hoping I’ll finally be able to get thru to someone who can help me. I’ve called many times and have been promised a call back within ** hours and never received any. The phone you sent came to me broken. The charging port inside came bent so it doesn’t charge. When I manage to get it positioned correctly TO charge, it kicks my daughter off calls because there’s never any service, even on WiFi! *My daughters school had an emergency and she was unable to contact me for over an hour. That is unacceptable. I got this phone for my ** year old for emergencies such as this. *It also glitches*freezes, bumps her out of apps, even the ones that came preinstalled.*Direct quote from your site: “You will receive a FREE Smartphone with FREE monthly service that includes **** FREE minutes, Unlimited Text*Picture Messagin, plus *GB Data to surf the web, check email, use social media, and more.” Picture “Messaging” (which by the way is spelled wrong) is included? It’s not. She’s not the only one with that issue either. Now when I look at my plan details, that option isn’t even listed. What’s that about?*I understand this is a free phone and it’s not directly your fault, but your company is vouching for these phones. I think this is completely unacceptable, Qlink. The ZTE* shouldn’t even be in production with how many issues it came with. *So, now what are we going to do? There is no way I’m getting another ZTE, and no way I’m paying $** for it either. *So, is she just out of luck or are you guys going to make this right and swap this phone with the next phone up on the list? Please make this okay, she’s in *th grade and goes to school out of district. I need to be able to reach her at all times. *Please contact me ASAP. **Thank you.
