I had high hopes when I signed up, but it turned into a disaster. The phone I received is incredibly slow, making it challenging to do tasks. Trying to use my old phone led to more complications when I had my number ported. I encountered numerous issues with their customer service, spending hours trying to reach a person. Even though they claim you can bring your own phone, my phone wouldn't work on their network. The limited phone selection available for purchase at full price was another problem. After buying a recommended compatible phone, it still didn't work, and the company provided no help. I'm now stuck without a working phone and unable to get my number back. I'm hoping for a miracle to resolve this situation as I urgently need a phone with my number. Dealing with Qlink has been a nightmare, and I won't be recommending them to anyone. I require my unlock pin and account number to transfer my service, and I need the line to remain active throughout the process.

I've been receiving strange phone calls intended for someone else despite having this number for over five years. My phone storage is full with no option to clean it, preventing me from saving messages or taking pictures. Strangely, I'm receiving notifications from an unknown weather app. Additionally, my phone was stolen previously, leading to unauthorized use and delays in deactivation despite reporting it stolen. I can't afford another phone as I rely on a free service. I'd appreciate a new phone and number at no cost, as I've been a loyal customer for years. If unable to provide this, I'd like to discontinue my service with qlink. I urgently need to browse websites and apply for jobs. Thank you, Carol M.

I had a Q Link Wireless phone for many months without any issues since moving to Brooklyn, MI [redacted]. Unfortunately, the phone was accidentally dropped in the toilet, and I needed to get a new one. Despite attempting to reapply, I was declined due to no service availability in my area. Several people in my apartment complex have faced the same issue with Q Link. We believe service coverage isn't the sole reason for denial and would appreciate the chance to speak with a live person at Q Link for clarification. I've heard DHHS in downtown Jackson has a live person for applications, but many of us are unable to travel the 20 miles distance. We'd like to regain the reliable service we had. Currently, we've resorted to using Assurance or Safelink phones, which has been problematic. Transitioning through multiple devices with empty promises of better quality phones has been disappointing. Help is needed as we are struggling with limited minutes and poor service quality.

Hello, my name is Cynthia Smith and my ID number is [redacted]45. I received a free government phone but when I activated it, it suddenly stopped working. Despite what's being said, I don't have another phone from your company. I'm 55 years old, living alone, and disabled. A couple of years back, I received a phone without a SIM card, boxed it back up, and planned to return it. A previous resident, Glenn Wall, had a phone and may have kept the one I returned. He had his own phone but seemed unaware of the one-per-household policy. Unfortunately, he got removed due to theft and hacking incidents in my home. I want to return the phone y'all sent me because I can't use it. The phone number is [redacted]. I had created an email for it but discarded the details. I truly need help as my phone bills are overwhelming. I appreciate your assistance. Best regards.

I have encountered challenges with Qlink Wireless in resolving the issue detailed below. Despite my previous email response, I am reaching out again in the hopes of achieving a quicker resolution. I urgently require assistance in updating my phone number to the correct area code following my relocation. Due to my disabilities, accurately inputting the "quick access pin" has proven difficult, raising concerns about outdated information. Given my disabilities, verbal communication is essential. My recent move necessitates updating crucial contacts such as doctors, emergency contacts, caregiver, children, and ailing parents. This update is critical as I am currently unable to proceed with necessary tasks. The peculiar postal address situation in my location requires immediate attention. Time is of the essence, and I implore your prompt assistance. As I was unaware of any transition to "Get Human," I am perplexed by its appearance during my search for the Qlink app. Given my early-onset Alzheimer's condition, updating this information is vital for my medical identification. - Sincerely, J. B. (Current Qlink phone number [redacted]; Backup neighbor's phone [redacted])

I just received my phone today, a ZTE model. However, I have no information if it is refurbished. I am not tech-savvy, so please explain in simple terms. I charged it fully but didn't receive any specific instructions for this model. I accidentally pressed a button which put it in FASTBOOT mode, which I don't understand. It's been like this for an hour. I am in urgent need to use the phone, and I am in a state of panic. Please, could someone help me with this issue? Thank you. - Kim

I ordered a replacement SIM card on the 17th, expecting it by the 18th or at the latest the 19th. It got stuck in transfer in Florida until the 21st. After waiting 72 hours, it still hadn't arrived. I called for help activating it and troubleshooting for 2 hours, but it still doesn't work. They said to call back in 72 hours. Now, after two weeks of waiting, I'm told to call back again in another 72 hours. It's been impossible to reach a live representative for over two weeks, and I'm without a working phone. I feel inconvenienced and believe some data should be provided as compensation. I've had trouble finding work and it's affecting my ability to communicate. I had to use a friend's phone to send this message. Please call me back within 48 to 72 hours. I've been patient, but this situation is becoming ridiculous. Thank you.

I purchased a phone for myself and decided to get one for my 16-year-old daughter in high school from Assured Wireless, assuming they were separate from my provider. The representative I spoke with assured me they were not related. After I received the new phone on a Saturday, both phones worked fine until this morning when my phone got disconnected. I would like to cancel the Assured Wireless service, reactivate my QLINK service, and find a solution for my daughter to have a phone as well. Thank you.

I have replaced the phone you originally provided with a Moto 4X, an unlocked phone that was approved. You sent me a SIM card that I couldn't activate for calls or texts. Subsequently, the Moto 4X you sent would not power up. I returned it to Amazon and received a replacement 4X today. I attempted to use the SIM card from the defective phone in the new 4X, but it displays "Invalid SIM card." It seems I may need a new SIM card. This issue has been ongoing for weeks without assistance, and I urgently require the phone to work so I can start my job. Please reply promptly. Thank you.

I would like to cancel my service due to the poor quality phone I received. The phone does not function properly and does not hold a charge. Customer service has been unhelpful despite my numerous emails and calls. I was informed I would have to pay $25 for a new phone, even though my warranty should cover it. I purchased the phone from you 6 months ago, and I am disappointed with the lack of support. I have decided to switch service providers and cancel my qlink service. Thank you.

I recently purchased the new not pepper phone a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, my phone's speaker has never worked properly since I received it. I am able to receive and make calls, but I cannot hear anything on either end. This has been a major issue for me as I rely on my phone for important calls such as contacting my doctors and emergencies. I have missed calls from my doctors and had to seek help from my neighbors. I have been attempting to reach out to the company for assistance with no success. It seems their customer service center in the Philippines was impacted by a recent earthquake in April. In addition to the speaker problem, the Wi-Fi connection frequently drops, requiring me to constantly reset and re-enter passwords. Personally, I believe I deserve a replacement phone, considering the troubles I have faced. I have spent significant time searching for solutions from the phone manufacturer with no avail as the manual does not address these issues.

I've dedicated many hours trying to renew my Lifeline account with Q Link. Despite sending the requested documents multiple times, even with help from the Medicaid office, they keep getting rejected. The root of the issue seems to be that I initially signed up with my nickname "Debby" instead of my legal name "Deborah" around three years ago. I've made several calls to have my first name changed to my legal name without success. Unfortunately, their website doesn't have an option to update the name. In summary, I need my first name changed from "Debby" to "Deborah" or for my service to be canceled so I can apply to a different Lifeline provider.

My Q-Link phone battery has disappeared! I made a call only two days ago. There are only two people other than me with access to it. I've been searching for the booklet that comes with the phone. Q-Link mentioned not all phones have SIM cards, and if mine had one, it's also missing. A SIM card could help identify the thief. It seems like the thief may have taken the booklet. This situation has left me quite flustered.

I am seeking assistance after encountering ongoing issues with the phone I received. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, I have not received the promised callbacks within 48 hours. The phone arrived damaged, with a bent charging port that prevents it from charging properly. Furthermore, the phone's service is unreliable, disconnecting calls even on WiFi. This posed a serious problem when my daughter's school had an emergency and couldn't reach me for over an hour. The phone also experiences frequent glitches, app crashes, and lacks the picture messaging feature as advertised. I believe the quality of the ZTE5 phone provided by Qlink is unacceptable. I request a suitable resolution to this matter promptly, as I cannot risk another faulty device affecting my daughter's safety while she attends school in another district. I appreciate your immediate attention to this issue.

Hello, I am currently leaving a domestic violence situation. My Q Link Wireless phone was broken by my partner, and I lost my job due to being hospitalized by him. I cannot afford to purchase a new phone. I have had him arrested, but I fear him being released and not having a way to contact the police for help. Is there any possibility of receiving a phone shipped to me at no cost? My name is Tracy Loiacano, my Q Link number is [redacted], and my ID number is [redacted]2.
