Help with my Q Link Wireless issue
GetHuman-holyman_'s next move: talk to Q Link Wireless when they open.
Q Link Wireless's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-holyman_ a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-holyman_ may need:
PIN on Account, Name of Account Holder, Phone Number, Email on Account, Billing Address, and Last 4 of Social Security
The issue in GetHuman-holyman_'s own words
To whom it may concern, My phone ***-***-**** and I lost my phone service over two weeks ago. Seemingly, it was because I did not re-certify with The State Of Texas, but that is not the case. The PUC sent me * text messages over a period of several weeks and I completed the automated re-certification by phone @ ***-***-****. In fact, I even went back to check if it had worked when I was notified of the issue. And, the recording said - "Our records indicate that you do not have to re-certify at this time. Have a good day. Thank you". I have written the PUC three times, but have responded. It may be that I did not fill out a re-certification form online or through the U.S. Mail. I have never had this problem in the past. Could you please help me? I am on a fixed very low income. Thank you.
