The issue in GetHuman-upscarl's own words
I received a letter from Prudential (dated **-**-****) which said that Prudential Retirement Services had completed a rollover from my ***-K account, to Perching LLC in New Jersey, in the amount of $***,***.**.*I MADE NO SUCH REQUEST, and I had never heard of Perching LLC. *I called Prudential on *-*-****, *-*-****, and *-**-****, and with each call, they say they will call me back with the results of their investigation, but I have not received a call from them.*In talking to Prudential on *-**-****, they told me they had sent a second check (in the amount of: $***,***.**) to Perching LLC on *-**-****, and a third check (in the amount of: $**,***.**) to Perching LLC on *-**-****.*I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY OF THESE TRANSFERS.*I want an explanation of how, and why this happened. And, I want my ***-K restored.
GetHuman-upscarl did not yet indicate what Prudential - Retirement should do to make this right.
