There was an SUV that veered from the far right lane into the far left turning lane to turn. I was in the left lane continuing to go straight. As the SUV cut into the turning lane traffic had stopped in front of me because it was congested, even though the street light was still green. I manage to see that the car in front of me had stopped just in time for me to slam on my brakes and slow down significantly. Unfortunately, I rear-ended Ashley Jone’s Black Mazda four-door at about * miles an hour. There was no damage to my car but significant damage to hers. We exchanged insurance information at a Walgreens and no cop was called. This incident was not my fault it was the guy who cut me off in SUV. Ashley Jones agrees with the statement, she had heard me try to stop and she had seen the car swerve behind her. It was just too quick and there was nothing I could do to avoid the collision other than what I did. How could we go about figuring out who the guy in the SUV is? He needs to be held accountable for his actions.
