Help with my Princess Cruise Line issue

Booked a cruise ******** for sailing ******* to Alaska. Lower fare in May so they gave us discounted rate & said our onboard credit would b less & no free gratuities. Sent us a copy of new prices & Onboard credits. Booked our shore excursions & wanted to use onboard credits . They subtracted our referral rewards as we referred * friends but say they r not showing our shipboard credits now. I have all figures in writing. I’d like this resolved now before we cruise!! What do I do??

Contacted Princess Cruises & was told * Costco Travel. Was on the phone almost * hrs!! Everything settled Sat then was left a message Mon that Sat info was incorrect!! Contacted Costco Travel again- let’s just say it was resolved but not the way it shud have been. I have taken many cruises bked thru Costco Travel & Princess & have never had issues before - so disappointing.
