Had an awful experience on the cruise we just went on last week and would like even a partial refund for the awful experience. We spent $**** to upgrade to a bigger cabin since we were told we would not fit in the cabin we had originally paid for. So we spent more money yet had a crappy experience and they took away our room credit and wanted to charge us higher daily gratuities. I could go on and on but I will run out of room on this form. Really want someone to contact me for at the very least, a refund for the upgrade of $****.
