Yes, you can return the suitcase, but bear in mind that without a receipt, refunds can be a bit tricky at Primark. Usually, the store may offer an exchange or a refund to a gift card instead of the original form of payment. We recommend bringing the product and any other proof of purchase you may have (like a bank statement) to your local Primark. Your complaint will be evaluated and the store will decide how best to resolve the situation based on your case and their return policy. Please note that damaged items due to misuse or wear and tear are usually not covered by return policies.
