I deleted my account or subscription to Prezi but I still got charged, and I don’t know I got charged. I’m not getting any email to let me delete my account or my subscription, and for me to contact or call Prezi support I have to upgrade my plan? I have to pay to call so I don’t get charged?? Really? My teacher misled my class and said we don’t have to do this anymore and I’m trying to delete this account so I’m not getting charged. I’m sorry if I seem rude but I’m really stressed about it.
