Hi there! *I really appreciate if you guys can help me with my issue! Am currently very upset and frustrated with Poshmark costumer service and let me tell you this is not the first time !! They have the worst costumer support I ever experienced! Ok long history to make this short! Am a posh ambassador I sell & buy in Poshmark since January **** I work very hard in this site to build reputation and to be a hight rated and a recommended seller that always fallow posh rules! Well just the past week I sold a very expensive luxury item a Chlo* - Faye mini backpack leather & suede texture for the amount of $*** ! Item was post for $**** the item was ***% authentic and brand new with tags I have pictures and videos to prove this ! Randomly almost immediately I set my item*For sale a brand new user from San Jos* CA with * reviews and with * purchases or sales in the site make a $*** offer I accept the offer and I proceeded to send it to Poshmark canciller for authentication in San Carlos CA I send the item on the ******* after this buyer contact me through the app to say that was an accidental non-authorize purchase ! I couldn’t do anything because item was on her way but she made an offer how could be accidental??? the item arrive to destination for authenticity check on Friday evening and stay in review till Sunday the while day! Monday morning I receive an email that say that my sell was cancel since the buyer request cancellation due that item has wear that wasn’t show on the pictures ( no true statement item was brand new I have pictures of the conditions how I send item . Well they cancel the purchase without a dispute, they refuse to give me explicit explanation about this I did describe and post enough pictures of my item in the post! They didn’t consulted me for this Poshmark prefer to believe in the false word of a brand new user than of a posh- ambassador and they not even check the post message that the buyer send to me with a different reason of trying to cancel the order before or check the pictures or at least help because they have the backpack for authentication review before buyer got it and they know the item was brand new with tags! ..... now the worst they told me that buyer is returning my item since Monday and today is almost Wednesday evening and the tracking number doesn’t have any progress look like the label is being create but they never dropped at the post office! So at this point I think this person scam me with the help of Poshmark. *Please I hope you can help me because I need my backpack back to me as soon as possible !!! Or i need the buyer information to start a police report! The case number is * *********I really appreciate your help *Sincerely *@ibethe
