i’m writing this today because i’ve had a recent visit that was the worst. At the store ****** **** W Atlantic Blvd. The store Manager argued that an item on the menu i ordered was not on the menu and she thought i was looking for something free. She then argued with me through the drive through window, after a back and forth she said to pull around the back so she can “show me”. So i pulled around the back and we seen both the items on the menu, both had different photos with different combos being offered and she was clearly wrong. After she realized she was wrong, Immediately after she stormed inside cursing me calling me “stank black people” I immediately felt threatened and embarrassed for her actions. As a black man who enjoys popeyes product this will leave a bad taste in my mouth for a long time to come, unsure if i will ever eat or recommend popeyes to anyone ever again.
