This was the WORST chicken ever! The coating on the chicken was so hard we couldn't eat it. Had to peel it off. Then, the chicken was so dry, it was hard to swallow. It had to have been refried, then sit under those heat lamps for a LONG TIME. We immediately called the store back and asked for the manager. We were put in hold for a long time, then they just let the phone sit. We could hear the employees talking. We hung up and tried calling back, but they left the phone off the hook. After * tries, I gave up and contacted you. This was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. We still have the untouched pieces of chicken and would be more than glad to video your product.
