I went to the Popeyes on Bessemer in Greensboro and I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience I had!!! I ordered **pc with mash potatoes and gravy also red beans and rice.additional I ordered a * pc that I wanted onion rings and corn with *apple pies ** waters. However,I did receive my order but not the way I wanted it!!! So after being pulled forward..the wait wasn't to long. We received our food..we got on the highway and notice that we didn't have the mashed potatoes nor the red beans and rice (my favorite and I'm expecting so it was a craving of mine)I called the store spoke to Manager name is Taz.i told him what I was missing.which was the the items stated above he asked my ticket number which was **..he then to me to come back. I came back with receipt. I told him I once again what I didn't have !he told me to look in the box I look in only to see two individual sides of red beans and rice..I was so irrate to the point I could not believe this is really happening at this moment!!! Taz (manager) then proceeded to tell me that that is how I ordered my food, I wasn't only feeding my self but * children along with me expecting. At that current moment he felt as if every thing was ok and ask if I needed the receipt back I replied No due the fact I was truly pissed off. I know the way I ordered and it would be a large red beans and rice along with a large mashed potatoes with gravy ( ** pc biscuits and two lg sides) * pc with individual sides.and it wasn't even taken to consideration that all my children were visable and he didn't think to use common sense that two individual sides we're not logical!!! I love to eat Popeyes and traveled to a whole city over to get some!!!I am not satisfied and had an terrible experience. spent ** plus dollars not including my travel
