A friend told me she loves Popeyes chicken so I stopped there to get spicy chicken. I ordered * piece mixed with * biscuits and * sides. To go. When I for home the chicken looked too small to be considered as food. Two wings were small and hard. I called and requested new good chicken pieces. The manager complied but my other sides. They didn't have coleslaw either. Were cold.I will never eat at a Popeyes again. This was Grandview Missouri location. I feel my order should have been replaced free. And hot food. Bad experience w customer service for sure. Jordan wasn't the least bit helpful or nice. Meanwhile her other employees were going home with boxes of their own chicken! How rude for sure. Never go back there ever!
