I have been playing Caesars Slots for years. I am almost to Diamond level & have Billions of chips. My appt disappeared right after the latest update. I play on my Apple iPad & iOS is up to date. The Apple Store tried to help me install game, but it would not open. They told me to contact Playtika. I can not believe your company does not have a contact phone *. I can not read your TINY letters where it says list reason for needed support. I have not been able to play for * days. The worst think is knowing that my ** friends are waiting for coins they sent me, & I CAN NOT send them. I hope you take this problem seriously & fix it fast. Playtika Games should be concerned about their Company. I am seeing RED Flags! I need help NOW!
