I spoke to a support line staff member regarding my account and how I can gain access to it because I brought a ps* and use * accounts my main account worked perfectly however the second one I didn’t have access to the email so after trying to remember the password I clicked forget password but then I remembered the password which then Went through however I was shown a message saying account is blocked and it’s because of the forget password the lady I spoke to tried to help however I didn’t make no purchases on that account all I did was play gta on my main account I have made numerous purchases but that’s no good enough to confirm that it’s my account. The secondary account was made on the ps* but the last console which I did use the account is on my PS* which I have and the serial number is **-********-********The account name is ihsaanzaman and the email which is on the account is dharnish *****@***.com *On this console there is also my primary account two*tuff* with the email *****@***.com if you can help it would be much appreciated because I have spent a lot of time playing gta and ranking up throughout the years and would love to continue on the ps* **Sent from my iPhone
