During Playstation's Holiday Sale, Sony had discounted movie bundles by 50% or more until January 5th. I placed 4 bundles in my cart on December 30th, but when I returned on January 1st to complete the purchase, the discounts were no longer applied. I am wondering if this issue in the PS4 Store was caused by the new year transition. Will the store honor the original discounted prices? Thank you. - JAR

On December 25, [redacted], I downloaded Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Today, January 6, [redacted], when I attempted to play co-op survival, the game indicated that a DLC pack was missing. I checked the PlayStation Store but couldn't find it. Upon navigating to the game menu and checking the add-ons, I noticed that the Survival Pack and Special Ops Pack 2 were uninstalled, with a lock symbol preventing access. I have tried contacting support for three weeks but was unable to reach anyone. Can you please assist in removing the lock or guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Hello Sony, I arrived home from work to find my two sons using the family PlayStation. One, aged 14, was playing his favorite game, Fifa 20, while the other, aged 10, was watching. Shortly after, I received an email stating that the account had been temporarily banned for 7 days. Perplexed, I asked my 14-year-old about it, and he showed me a very explicit message he had sent to his opponent on Fifa. I am frustrated as I won't be able to play for a week, and I do not want my sons to play either. The family account, which I frequently use after work, has been affected. I am experiencing an issue with my PS4. While playing a game, it unexpectedly shuts off, emitting a loud buzzing noise through the speakers. Subsequently, the PS4 cannot be turned back on as the power button flashes a white light. Reports confirm this to be a known hardware fault in certain [redacted] PS4 models. Individuals with these faulty consoles have received replacements upon returning them. As the PS4 was not returned due to being unused by a family member who passed it onto me, I am now seeking to have it replaced at no cost. I purchased a digital copy of Rage 2 from the PlayStation store a few days ago. I have played for over 24 hours, but now when I try to launch the game, it immediately gives an error after the menu screen. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the game once, deleted the system save files, and removed all game saves, but nothing has worked. I am currently reinstalling the game, but I am starting to lose hope. My internet connection is fine, and both the game and system software are up to date. Is there anything else I can try?

My young nephew mistakenly shared his account details on Fortnite with a stranger who tricked him. The person pretended to trade accounts and then scammed my nephew, changing the login information and locking him out of his PSN account named "ImDinkyDunkah-". I am trying to recover the account as it holds valuable in-game purchases. The scammer demanded money for the return of the account, but I am unwilling to comply due to lack of trust. I recently purchased a PlayStation 4 from a friend's son. He mentioned that his PlayStation account was banned, but I am the new owner now and my account is not banned. I bought the console to play games with my 4-year-old son and to help stimulate my brain after a serious accident. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in or access the PlayStation Network on the PS4, even though it works fine on my PS3. While playing Rainbow Six Siege with my two friends, we had a casual match where things got out of hand when two random teammates decided to teamkill us. In retaliation, we did the same to them, and they ended up leaving the game. Afterward, I received a disturbing message from one of the players, TTVIMACOOLCAT, threatening to ddos me. I promptly reported the offensive message and received confirmation that the report was actioned by Playstation. I've noticed that when I report inappropriate messages, they usually get deleted, which is reassuring. However, I recently found out that when I called someone out for abusing the game, my message got reported, and SIE ended up deleting my message instead. I wonder what happened to the account "TTVIMACOOLCAT" and why reporting individuals sometimes seems ineffective.

I encountered an issue while trying to download a song add-on for Rock Band 4 on my PS4. Two out of the three add-ons downloaded successfully, but the third one, "Bad Guy" by Billy Eilish, is showing an error message ("Bad Guy" -- Billy Eilish Add-On Cannot Download) with error code NW-[redacted]-7. I recently discovered approximately $[redacted].00 in charges on my grandson's account. He made a few purchases using my card, but I was unaware of the additional charges. Upon checking his transaction history, I found around 21 charges on his account and 45 on my credit card. I recently discovered that my 14-day free trial of Playstation Plus has ended, and I was charged $10.00 for another month due to auto-renewal. I was unaware of this feature until now. I have not utilized any of the subscription benefits and would like to request a refund.

Recently, my boyfriend purchased a new PlayStation because our warranty doesn't cover the issue we're having. However, after installing most of our games, we encountered an issue with the Black Ops 3 zombie chronicles expansion packs. Even though they show as purchased, we are unable to play them. This situation is becoming frustrating because we just want to enjoy gaming without delays. How much longer will it take for us to be able to play? It's getting ridiculous.

My PlayStation isn't recognizing the controller. I've attempted using a wire, followed YouTube tutorials for safe mode, connected it to a different TV with another HDMI cable, and even purchased a new PlayStation and tested it on two other TVs. However, the same issue persists with both consoles. It's proving challenging as no controllers are being detected, despite everything being brand new. I'm uncertain if an interference with the signal could be the root cause of this problem.
