Before contacting them, items GetHuman-zms may need:
Console Type, Game, Email on Account, Password, Name, Date of Birth, Purchase Amount, and Transaction Number

If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-zms's own words
Approximately * months ago I received an email from Sony stating that my PS* account email address has been changed. Given that I am currently in medical school and have very little free time I have been unable to properly address this issue. I have tried changing my password initially but the password reset email was not being sent to my email due to someone having changed it. I have tried recreating an account but quickly realized that I am now locked out of all the games that are downloaded to my system. I have been keeping an eye on my billing to make sure nobody has been charging anything and luckily this has not occurred. My debit card has also changed since this issue so it is no longer a concern.

GetHuman-zms did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
