Account ateped*** family manager downloaded fortnite save the world delux for **.** order number ************ for my son to use on his account because he doesn’t have permissions. Tried to use on his account and now I can’t gain access. Same PS* same house. Seems like addin purchase is linked to accounts unlike game purchases. Didn’t know this now stuck with $** loss can’t use. Never downloaded not used. Can I get a refund so I can purchase under correct account or transfer from one account to other. Other account is nitefury***. Epic will not do anything as purchase as made thru Sony with PlayStation bucks. Please help my son wishes to play the game but not willing to just throw away money. This seems like a common problem with many people the family manager feature is causing more trouble than it is worth after this I will be deleting account and just giving son full permissions.
