The issue in GetHuman-grnfish_'s own words
Last year I bought my son a ** month subscription to PSN. Apparently when entering information to activate the PSN membership it puts and auto renewal for the next year. We were not aware of this and bought him another PSN card. Before he had a chance to enter card information is automatically renewed his subscription. Problem is that it auto renewed and pulled money out of my bank account and I had already purchased a card for the ** month subscription and it cannot be returned. I want to know if I can cancel subscription and refund the ** month subscription back on my credit card. Once it is all complete then I can have him go in and enter new card information to get his subscription. If this is an option? If so, how do I go about doing this.?
