Hello, I recently discovered that my account has been banned for alleged cheating/hacking. This account is shared among 3-4 family members, and after discussing it with them, they deny any involvement in such activities. I suspect that my account might have been hacked, leading to the ban. Unfortunately, the email linked to the account ([redacted]) automatically clears itself every month or two, making it challenging to provide necessary purchase confirmation emails. Currently, I cannot make phone calls to specialists as I am on holiday with a temporary phone. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a resolution to reactivate my account. I am encountering difficulties logging into my vd8873 account for a variety of reasons. Although I initially set up the account a few months back and could recall the password then, I am currently unable to do so. I encountered a roadblock during the two-step verification process, as it required my old phone number which I no longer have access to. Subsequently, the system prompted me to provide a date of birth, but as the account was created by a friend, I am unaware of this detail. Hello, I recently received an email regarding alleged behavior towards another PlayStation user. I am reaching out because I believe it is unfair for me to receive a misconduct warning when the other user was sending abusive messages to my partner during a game of Dead by Daylight. I do not appreciate anyone disrespecting my partner in such a manner during a game. I have already reported this incident to the authorities as it constitutes abuse. My partner was deeply affected by the mistreatment. I kindly request that the user responsible for this misconduct be banned. I have been a loyal PlayStation user since the first PS1 all the way to the PS4 and soon the PS5 upon release. I am disheartened by the misconduct accusation towards me, especially since the other user initiated the abusive behavior without mentioning it. I hope that the appropriate actions are taken, either by penalizing the other user for their actions or by dismissing the misconduct accusation against me and resolving the issue promptly. Thank you.

On September 29, [redacted], my 10-year-old was playing Fortnite, and another player convinced him to share our account password for a skin exchange. Subsequently, our password was changed, and the account was linked to an Epic Games account without our consent. After contacting Epic support, they requested an invoice number which I never received. Despite changing the password, upon logging back in, all of my son's skins, items, and dances were missing. The player responsible, ITS_ME_ASEM56, contacted my son again, asking for the new password to unlink the account and return the stolen items. My son's username is pat_timmy_5454. Is it possible to unlink the account and retrieve the lost items?

Last Monday, my account was unexpectedly banned for a week. I reached out to PlayStation multiple times via email but did not receive any responses. I just regained access to my account yesterday, only to discover that I have been banned again, this time for a month. This is frustrating as I just finished serving one ban and now I am facing another. The notification cited sending adult content as the reason for the ban, but I am certain I did not send anything inappropriate. I am a paying customer for online services, and not being able to utilize them is causing a financial loss. I am eager to understand who the alleged recipient was and the content in question. Hello, I am quite disheartened by the poor customer service I received from PlayStation. Dealing with the issues on my PS4 Pro was incredibly frustrating as I was given conflicting information and promises. Despite being assured a Sony game of my choice as compensation after my system was repaired, the reality didn't match the promise. The representative mentioned a $60 credit towards a digital game, but when I checked my account later, I found a mere $4.99 credited. Numerous calls to customer service only led to more confusion and false assurances. After being told about a $20 credit, I have yet to see it reflected in my account. As a loyal PlayStation customer with multiple consoles and a history of purchases, this experience has made me contemplate switching to Xbox. I have been unable to play NBA 2K15 online on my PS4 since I purchased it recently. The main issue I am facing is the inability to connect to the NBA Sports Servers when trying to play online. I am seeking a resolution to this problem as playing online is a crucial aspect of the game. While playing Rocket League 1v1, I experienced a strange incident. After joining a game, the opponent messaged me, and then proceeded to make threatening comments in the in-game chat. Subsequently, my game froze, the screen malfunctioned, and I lost control of my system. Despite not sharing any personal information, I now encounter difficulties logging into my profile and receive an error code CE-[redacted]-3. This issue has extended to the PSN app on my phone, making me concerned about the security of my linked debit card and private information. My PS4 froze during gameplay while using headphones connected to the controller. Even though the LED indicated I was still on the same user profile (let's call it user B), no inputs were registering on the screen. I attempted to reset the controller, but that didn't resolve the issue. After the freeze, an error message CE-[redacted]-3 appeared on a blue screen. I checked the system status on another account (User A) and confirmed it was up-to-date. I also freed up over 30GB of space on the system. However, whenever I switch to the account that received the error message (User B), the screen freezes, and the error message reappears consistently. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem by restarting, turning off, and putting the PS4 in rest mode, but the issue persists. I even tried logging into User B on a friend's PS4, but the error message still appeared.

I allowed a friend to gameshare on my account, but now they have changed my sign-in ID on PlayStation Network. Consequently, I cannot access my downloaded games like Fortnite, Black Ops 4, and V-Rally 4 that I spent a significant amount of money on. Additionally, I am unable to access YouTube as my account is the only one linked to the console. The email associated with my PSN account is [redacted] The gamer ID that should be linked to it is "fundigity," but even though the profile is on my console, I am prompted to log into PlayStation Network every time I try to play a game. When I enter [redacted] and the correct password, it says I cannot sign in with someone else's ID. I tried changing the password, but now I have a new account linked to that email. I had to create a new gamer tag because I couldn't connect "fundigity" to the account. I am completely confused about what is happening. Can you please reattach "fundigity" to [redacted] so I can play my games and watch YouTube again?

I am experiencing frequent crashes with the last three games I purchased (Black Ops 4, Mafia 3, and GTA V). The error message indicates "Game data corrupted, Delete game and redownload from library," which I have done multiple times without resolving the issue. This occurs about four times daily, rendering the games unplayable. I previously dealt with this problem in GTA V by resetting my entire PS4, which worked for three days before the issue reappeared and now affects every game. I own an older PS4 with approximately 400GB of storage, while my game data is stored on a 2TB external drive with about 500GB utilized (equivalent to nine games). Black Ops 4 and Mafia 3 are digital, and GTA V is on a disc. Considering moving the problematic games to the main storage, but the space might not suffice. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

While playing For Honor, my character suddenly stopped moving, and the game glitched. Initially, I thought it wasn't a big deal, but then issues started piling up. The system kept prompting me for an update, leading to shutdowns. I tried restarting my PS4 and removing the disc, but the problem persisted. Upon turning it on, the system seemed normal, but before reaching the home screen, where only the blue background is visible, everything froze. Subsequently, the screen went black for 17 seconds, only to return to display the error message "an error has occurred in the system software (CE-[redacted]-3)." I have already submitted a report and attempted the suggested solution of a system update, to no avail. The cycle of errors and restarts continues. How can I resolve this issue?

Last month, our PS4 got stuck in a safe mode loop. After resetting it, all three accounts were unable to be recovered. This has never happened to us before, causing us to forget all the details for these three accounts. My experience with customer service was terrible - unhelpful, inconsistent, and confusing. I am adamant that I never want to go through that ordeal again. I would like to provide a detailed account of my experience, including the numerous calls I had to make to recover my accounts. I was appalled to find out that my calls added up to a whopping £[redacted]!!!! My time and money were wasted due to misinformation, missing emails, long hold times, and being instructed to call back. I am seeking a refund to rectify this situation.

I'm Melissa Artrip. I bought the game "Call of Duty: Black Ops" on September 12th for my son's birthday on October 14th. When he tried to activate it, the customer service team, which was not in the USA, informed him that he needed a monthly subscription to PlayStation to access the game. This is the first time my son, who has owned a PS1, PS2, PS3, and PS4, encountered a game with this requirement. Despite it only becoming active on October 12th, I was told I couldn't get a refund after 6 weeks. I had a disappointing experience with PlayStation's customer service and find it poor business management. I want a refund as my son has no use for a game he can't play. This information should have been clearly stated to customers, especially with this new policy. It's frustrating that I had to speak to non-USA representatives and now have to email the company.

The other person, claiming to be a 21-year-old named Amanda from California, asked inappropriate questions about his age and location. I need to report this incident and request a transcript of the conversation for further action. I've updated his privacy settings and his username is DiamondWielder58. As a parent, I find this unacceptable behavior towards my underaged son and seek information on the actions being taken against the user responsible.

I am upgrading my PS4 hard drive and want to ensure all game data is saved before transferring it to a USB drive. While most games show up in the "Data Management" section under "Settings," I'm unable to locate my saved data for "Dead By Daylight," a game I got for free as a PlayStation Plus member. When I try to find the saved data by selecting the game icon and clicking "options" on the remote, it doesn't show any saved data for this specific game. I'm worried about losing access to this game and my progress if I disconnect the old hard drive. I would appreciate any guidance on how to properly back up this game before switching to the new hard drive.

As a current university student, I had subscribed to Ps Now over the summer. Due to the demands of college, I rarely have time to play games now. Despite turning off auto-renewal on my PS4, I was still charged for another month's subscription twice. I was unaware of the charges and did not use the service during those months. I cannot afford to lose $40 that I was unfairly charged for a service I did not use. I need the money for essential expenses like food, not to play video games. My partner recently made a surprise purchase on my PSN account, and the following day, my membership renewed using his card without our knowledge. Typically, I receive an email confirming any purchases, but this time, I did not. He discovered the charge only when checking his statement. My ten-year-old son recently received a PlayStation. Unfortunately, my 19-year-old tenant downstairs created an account for my son without my knowledge. He accessed my child's ID and password and made unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted] on my Visa debit card between August and October. Despite my son being innocent and asleep at home when the transactions occurred, the money was continuously taken. I reported the incident to the police and my bank, CIBC, who confirmed that the tenant had likely hacked into my son's account. As a result, both my son's and the tenant's PlayStation accounts have been banned. I'm requesting assistance in unbanning my son's account (mbo[redacted]2) as he and I were victims of this fraudulent activity orchestrated by our tenant.
