Today my girlfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and ** wings for pick up . The call was made at *:** and the order was picked up by *:**. When she got to the house and opened the box the pizza had looked like a **** pizza that had been sitting for hours the wings aa well looked old . Remind you my girlfriend and I have been regulars to this store for many years. So I call and explain my situation I asked for a manager she said speaking I explained to her that I got $**.** worth of food that I honestly tossed in the trash she then suggests I dig in the trash to get the order and bring it in cause she knows that they are putting pizzas out as the go and in fact my pizza wasn't old she said she would have to see it to replace my order at this point I don't want my order replaced she then says she can give me a store credit witch I explained I didnt really want anything from thier store I was told that was all she can do when it was all said and done she only gave me $** credit for a $** mistake made by them she was very rude and unprofessional the entire time when I said thank you she replied yeah ok and hung up . So who else do I talk to cause apparently the manager is not going to do me any good I would like to talk to someone higher up
