I had an issue when I visited the PH in Winfield, WV. I ordered a Cheesy Bites Supreme Pizza but received a stuffed crust instead. When my husband called the store, we were told that my 84-year-old mother, who has dementia, was confusing. Despite the waitress being nice and understanding, I feel frustrated. I wish they had responded differently and offered to replace my pizza the next time I visited since I live 30 minutes away. As a sole caregiver for my mother, I understand her confusion, but I still expect to receive what I paid for. I have my receipt and hope for a prompt response regarding this matter.

My interaction with Assistant Manager Brian at Pizza Hut #[redacted] on August 3, [redacted], was less than satisfactory. I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza, Sierra Mist, and Nesquick chocolate milk but received the wrong size of chocolate milk. Despite my request for a refund, Brian was unhelpful and became confrontational, even threatening to "black-ball" me from Pizza Hut. His handling of the situation, including refusing to refund the tax and hanging up on me, displayed a lack of professionalism. I returned the uneaten food for a full refund, feeling disappointed by Brian's behavior. I believe Brian would benefit from more training to improve his customer service skills. I was disappointed with the poor quality of my pizza from Pizza Hut. The crust was too soft and undercooked. I visited store #[redacted] located at [redacted] N Main St in Rittman, OH [redacted] at 2:11 pm. I ordered the lunch deal of cheesesticks, salad, and a drink, as well as the lunch deal of a personal pizza, salad, and a drink. The service I received was extremely disappointing. The staff member who served me was very rude and took quite a long time to attend to me. It took her a while to process my order and provide the receipt for payment. During the preparation of my order, she appeared confused and took a significant amount of time to bag the items. Unfortunately, both salads were insufficient and appeared to be of poor quality with mostly brown lettuce. My daughter and I could not eat them due to their unappetizing state. I had to purchase salads from another store to accompany our meals. This experience has led my family to decide not to return to this establishment, despite being regular customers. We will opt for a different pizza place in town going forward.

As a long-time Pizza Hut customer since [redacted], relocating to a new state meant unpacking stress but also the excitement of receiving a “Welcome to the Neighborhood” packet containing a Pizza Hut coupon for a free medium one-topping pizza. I eagerly called the local store from the coupon, but they redirected my call to another Pizza Hut branch, which also refused to honor the coupon, claiming it was meant for the initial store. Feeling let down by the experience, I turned to Domino’s and used their coupon instead. It’s disappointing that Pizza Hut didn’t honor their own promotion, unlike Domino’s which seems to value customer satisfaction by honoring their offers. As a result, I’ve decided to switch my pizza loyalty to Domino’s for their integrity and commitment to customer service. During lunch today, I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic toast. Unfortunately, the spaghetti was overcooked, but the real disappointment was the garlic toast. It seemed to have raw dough inside instead of cheese, which was quite surprising. Although the waitress offered to replace it, by the time the new one came, I had already finished my meal. I must say, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food at Pizza Hut. It's possible that my taste buds have changed, but based on a recent experience with a pizza from Little Caesars, I believe Pizza Hut's standards have declined. I acknowledge that change is inevitable, but Pizza Hut's attempt to keep up with competitors is not yielding good results. On a positive note, the salad bar remains a standout feature.

This is the third time this month I've had this problem. I needed to reset my password and followed the link to create a new one. However, every time I tried to log in with the new password, it kept saying my email or password was invalid. I even got an email confirming the password reset but couldn't access my account or place an order. I called the store, but they couldn't assist me in updating my account details or honor the $5.99 large 2-topping deal for online carryout. I live just 4 minutes away from the store, but I've spent hours struggling with entering my email and password and filling out the customer service form. Each step feels like a journey to nowhere. The frustrating experience has left me feeling helpless.

I wanted to share my experience with the newly opened Pizza Hut branch. After receiving their flyer with coupons, I decided to order for my family instead of our usual local pizza shop. However, I encountered some difficulties with the online ordering process and called the store for assistance. The staff member who answered seemed frustrated and was not very helpful. I have not yet received my refund for my disappointing experience on Wednesday, August 22nd at the store located on 10th Street and Arlington in Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. I placed my order at 7 p.m., and by 9 p.m., my delivery had not arrived. When I called two hours later, they informed me that their delivery driver had already left. This is unacceptable. They claimed to have processed the refund, stating it would take 24 hours to appear in my account. However, as of Friday, August 24th, I still have not received my $20 refund. I am extremely frustrated and require prompt resolution. I only ask for the refund I am owed since my order was never delivered. The order number is: [redacted][redacted][redacted]. Even the order tracker still states "your order is in the oven" two days later.

I had an awful experience at a Pizza Hut location recently. I had placed an order for the $5.99 pizza deal and went to pick it up 4 hours later. However, no one had contacted me about the pizza not being available until I arrived. The manager was rude and unhelpful during the interaction, even going so far as to threaten to call the police when I asked for her name. The lack of communication and poor customer service left me feeling unsafe and dissatisfied. This encounter was the worst I have ever experienced, and I will not be returning to Pizza Hut until this issue is addressed. The service at this particular store has a reputation for being subpar, and I urge the company to take action against this manager's behavior.

I bought pizza and wings on Saturday, August 25, [redacted], and I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The pizza seemed like it was hastily placed in the box, with toppings sliding off, and half of it appeared dry and crushed. Additionally, I was missing two wings from my order. Even though I ordered online for carryout, there was a mix-up and it wasn't ready when I got there. The employees at the store seemed to be more interested in goofing off than working efficiently. This experience was disappointing as I am a frequent customer, ordering pizza at least once a week, and this was by far the worst experience I have had with the food quality and service.

Hello, I recently visited the Costa Mesa Pizza Hut and ordered a large Supreme pizza with no pepperoni or seasoned pork with stuffed crust. I paid $25 for my order totaling $24.90, only to be given a hard time by the girl at the counter. She seemed unhelpful and even questioned me rudely when I wanted to cancel my order. Despite the unpleasant experience, she eventually gave me back $24.52 without delivering my food. I prefer to remain a loyal customer but the service at this branch was disappointing. I recently ordered a pizza from your establishment around July 26th. The manager was kind enough to offer me a credit on my account due to an issue with my order. Today, when I called to utilize the credit, I was informed that it had expired after 30 days. Unfortunately, the manager did not mention this time limit when issuing the credit. I frequently order from you, but this experience has left me disappointed. I feel that the policy regarding the credit expiration should have been communicated clearly. Despite speaking with the manager, I was told that nothing could be done to reinstate the credit. I am disheartened by this outcome, especially since the food quality did not meet expectations. Sadly, I now feel like I have lost both the $40 and the credit provided.

Yesterday, I attempted to order pizza online for my colleagues, but the site wouldn't accept payment information. Upon calling the store (#[redacted]), I was informed that only specials were available online, leading to a higher cost of $31.97 for a large and medium pizza compared to online deals. I had to collect the pizzas without being shown the products and upon returning to work, I found both pizzas were inedible, with undercooked dough. When I tried to file a complaint, I was told there was no specific number to do so. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Due to the lack of a contact name or number, we disposed of the pizzas. I do not plan to order from Pizza Hut again unless I receive a satisfactory response. At 6:05 p.m., I placed an order at the south Pizza Hut in Kirksville, Missouri. Rose handled my order, persuading me to upgrade to a large pizza due to their busy schedule with an estimated wait time of one hour. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the Taco pizza was cold, the fifth time this year my order has been less than satisfactory. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called at 7:20 p.m. to report the issue but was told the manager was busy. I left my contact details for the manager to reach out, but as of 9:50 p.m., I have not received a call back. Feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer, I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I seek assurances of consistently hot pizza moving forward.

I have tried calling my local Pizza Hut twice, and both times, I ended up speaking to a call center representative who seems unfamiliar with the numerous Pizza Hut locations in my area. Consequently, my wife has had to wait for my order to be prepared after work because of the difficulties in communication with the call center staff. I prefer not to order online or communicate through a call center; I would rather call and speak to a local American representative at the Pizza Hut I usually visit. This recent change is making it challenging for us to order our food smoothly. I feel compelled to consider ordering from the other nearby pizza places or simply walk in to order, as this experience has become frustrating. I hope this situation can be resolved, and we can return to the more convenient ordering process we were accustomed to.

I ordered a pizza and couldn't pick it up. The following night, I confirmed with Pizza Hut that it was ready and went to collect it. The person I spoke to on the phone was the same individual at the Belvedere and Union store. They had a bad attitude when I asked about my order, which I had already paid for. When I got to the store, he claimed he didn't see my order and then blamed the call center before fixing his mistake. I had to reorder the pizza, and the order was still wrong. I'm disappointed by the service and attitude, and I won't be returning to this location for pick up in the future.

On 7/29/[redacted], I placed an order for pizzas and apple pies online for pickup at Ticket 77, Register 2, Unit # [redacted] at 17:45. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered that the apple pies were missing. After contacting the store and speaking with the manager on duty, I was assured a refund would be issued to my card, but it hasn't been credited yet. I filled out a survey from Pizza Hut detailing my issue but never received a response. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times and being promised a follow-up from management, I have yet to have my problem resolved even after 6 weeks. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution in addressing this simple issue.

Today at 1:34 pm, I placed an order at the Pearl Road location in Strongsville, OH for my grandson's stuffed cheesy crust pizza. Despite repeating my order multiple times, the operator seemed unable to understand me. Frustrated, I decided to go to the store in person. Upon arrival, chaos greeted us - with only one employee working, struggling to manage various tasks. After a long wait and witnessing hygiene concerns, I had to apologize to my grandson and leave without ordering. The lack of staff, poor service, and unsanitary practices were unacceptable. Despite the employee's efforts, the overall experience was disappointing. We will be going to a different location from now on.
