The issue in GetHuman-myankile's own words
Hello, *I wanted to let you know that, the manager Vicki at ** E Street Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA ***** is one of the rudest most unprofessional managers we have ever came across. **On January *th, we have placed an order for a large pizza, and **-piece wing order to Pizza Hut at ** E Street Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA *****. It was placed via the internet portal. Estimated delivery time was * hour. After * hour and ** minutes, I started calling the place to inquire about my order. However after being on hold, the phone would automatically disconnect after exactly ** minutes. This happened * times - after exactly ** minutes it would disconnect. That means that their phones were disconnected on purpose. After exactly, * hour and ** minutes our order was finally delivered. I understand being **-** minutes late. But an hour... on top of another hour? Little overboard. *When we opened the pizza box, we realized that the pizza was medium, not Large that we ordered. On top of that, the entire order was cold. So, * hour ** minutes, smaller size pizza, and everything is cold. *I call the place and now the phones are working. The gentleman whose name I failed to ask (my fault) confirmed that they had their phones turned off because it got too busy, and that they ran out of large pizza dough (but no one managed to call us or adjust the price). I asked him to refund our money, and he quickly agreed, and we hung up. That should have been the end of it. *I waited for a week, but there was no credit applied to my CC. I called back and asked to talk to the manager. Manager Vicki picked up the phone, and right of the bat was rude and obnoxious. Instead if dealing with an issue, she was blaming me for calling a week later - I did not, I called right away, and patiently waited for credit for a week. The point that the order took * hours to deliver - she did not care. To the fact that pizza was smaller than what was ordered, she said "I am sorry that you feel like you got a wrong pizza." I don't feel like it. I did get the wrong pizza. When I asked her to talk to her boss, she said "I am the boss," though it clearly says on the receipt "GM Adrian Nazario." She was extremely rude and condescending from first moment she answered the phone. She must have forgotten that I am not one of her employees. *I have never written negative reviews for anything before. But, I will be writing one on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and anywhere else I can write this on. That lady has no clue what customer service is and how she should be talking to a customer. **Best Regards*Michael Yankilevich
