on Friday July **th at *:** I called the pizza hut near me to have a pickup order. I ordered a large super supreme. I asked the person on the phone if they had * liters of Diet Coke and he said yes. So that is what I ordered. I asked him to put plenty on red crushed peppers and cheese in the box. He repeated the order. When my man came to the house he only had the pizza. I called back and told them that they didn't give us the Diet Coke. And I asked if they could deliver it. She told me well, we don't have diet coke only pepsi I said I don't really like pepsi but I guess that would be okay. Then she told me the only way it could be delivered is if I bought another pizza. I said really you made the missake and you want me to waste my gas and time and come there and get it. she said yes or we can give you a discount (that I would have to go and get anyway). So, I got in the car and went to pizza hut. She plopped the pepsi down on the counter and told me here's you drink. I said why should I even take it, when I don't even like pepsi. Just give me my money back. So, the manager came and gave me the money back. This is not good customer service. When I arrived home we opened the box and it was a pizza with very little on it and by then it was cold. I had a piece and my man had a couple of pieces and the rest was wasted. I used to get pizzas there at leash every other week. but now it may be a very long time till I get one there. I think Little Cesars did better.
