Tonight, I ordered a meat lover's pizza with marinara sauce and black olives. I had it delivered to my daughter's house but had to have her drive it to me since I'm out of the delivery area. After realizing the pizza was completely wrong with just cheese, pepperoni, and black olives, my daughter had to return it to the store. I felt insulted by the situation and the implication that I was lying. This whole ordeal cost me double the price of the pizza due to gas and time. The replacement pizza was also not correct, missing black olives and marinara sauce. I want this matter resolved. I can provide the second receipt as proof. My phone number is [redacted]. Thank you, Stacy Harris.

Dear Sir, I am writing to share my experience with the Pizza Hut customer service at Mall of Travancore in Trivandrum. During my visit on May 8th, [redacted], I intended to purchase a meal for two as displayed on the board, but was informed by the counter staff that it was unavailable due to a billing error in the machine. I then opted for a meal for one, only to be told that the small pizza required the pan to be heated for two hours. The meal included soft drinks and garlic bread, but I was instructed to purchase them separately to increase sales. I found this approach misleading to customers and questioned the staff about the display inaccuracies, to which I received dismissive responses from the employee, Akhil. Despite my loyalty to Pizza Hut across various locations, this was my first encounter with such poor service and deceptive practices. I urge the management to provide better training to staff and ensure that advertised items are available to customers. I proceeded to order the Medium Pan Chicken Tikka and Italiano after this disappointing experience. Sincerely, Reji M.J.

I made a phone order for an 8-piece BBQ honey wings and stuffed crust pizza, but when I got to the store, my order was completely wrong. The manager wanted to charge me $7.98 for the incorrect pizza, although I was eventually charged $11.73. In the end, I paid $45.15 for items I did not order. I paid $20 in cash for the wings but did not receive my $12 change back from the cashier. The inconvenience of having to go back to the store to get my change was frustrating. I was disappointed with the display and customer service at the Wilson Rd Pizza Hut in Humble, and the manager even announced they were not taking more orders due to mistakes. I will no longer return to this Pizza Hut location due to these negative experiences.

I placed an order for delivery after a lengthy conversation with a helpful staff member who mentioned a two-hour wait. Although I accepted the wait, my order never arrived well past the promised time, resulting in no meal for me by 11 p.m. When contacting Pizza Hut, they took my credit card information but failed to deliver my pizza or verify the transaction. I am left disappointed as a hungry customer unable to access food due to car troubles. I am uncertain if I was charged, but if so, I seek a refund while still craving the s'mores cookie pizza.

I placed an online order for pizza and wings at 8:30, with a promised delivery time of 30 minutes. Concerned by the delay, I called the restaurant at 9:20. The lady who answered seemed rushed and mentioned that my order might be out for delivery as she couldn't find it. Another 20 minutes passed with no delivery, so I called again. This time, the staff informed me that my order was canceled due to fryer issues. I questioned why no one had contacted me about the cancellation, and they claimed they had tried to call but had the correct number on file, and I received no calls. I asked to speak to the manager, who brushed it off as miscommunication, mentioning I wouldn't be charged. Despite being told I wasn't charged, the lack of communication and long wait were frustrating. It seems like the staff just wanted to wrap up and head home without informing me of the cancellation promptly.

This afternoon, I visited Pizza Hut on Hunting Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, hoping to enjoy the lunch buffet. However, upon arrival, I found the store empty with no one to greet me. I have photographic evidence of this. I seated myself, and after a few minutes, a waitress finally provided me with a menu. When I expressed interest in the buffet, she informed me it was only offered Monday through Friday and required a party of three or more. Despite feeling upset, I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza. The pizza arrived without anyone asking for my drink order, providing silverware, or offering water. I even requested a to-go container but was only given the check. To make matters worse, the pizza was undercooked, making the last two slices inedible. I have evidence of all these issues and am greatly disappointed by the entire experience. I will not be returning to this location and kindly request a full refund, as I believe I still have my receipt. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I used a coupon code from a Pizza Hut email to order through the iPhone app for a 25% discount, but the code didn't work, and the store wouldn't honor it either. After reordering online, the discount was applied successfully. I believe Pizza Hut owes me $13.37 for the code mishap. The order confirmation number is [redacted]. I'm disappointed with this experience and may consider ordering from a different pizza place in the future. Thank you.

I contacted the Reidsville branch and ordered 2 medium pizzas for my family's lunch. The ordering process was pleasant, and I was given a 30-40 minute delivery timeframe. After waiting, I realized the pizzas hadn't arrived. Upon calling, I was informed they were short-staffed with only one delivery driver, causing delays. While I empathize with their situation, I wish I had been informed earlier or offered a gesture to make up for the inconvenience. In customer service, it's crucial to prioritize customer satisfaction. Suggestions like a coupon or discount would have been appreciated. However, I was disappointed when the staff member mentioned there was nothing they could do. Customer service plays a significant role in retaining customers and fostering loyalty.

During a recent visit to the buffet in Falfurrias, TX, I encountered an unsettling situation. Despite the pizza I desired being on the menu list, my request was denied by the manager, despite the initial confirmation from the staff. This left me puzzled and disheartened, as I visit this establishment frequently with my colleagues. I have never encountered such an issue before and it has left me questioning the purpose of having a menu if requests cannot be accommodated. I would appreciate a detailed explanation for this experience, especially considering that the manager is typically known for exceptional customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yesterday, I placed an order at Pizza Hut on Lincolnway East in Osceola at around 6:20 pm for delivery within 30 to 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the pizza never arrived, and my attempts to contact them led to being stuck on hold. When I visited the store the next day, I found it closed early with no explanation. The manager mentioned they closed for "maintenance" without much sympathy for the inconvenience caused. After several calls, I managed to speak to the regional manager who offered a minimal discount on my next order. It was disappointing to receive such poor customer service after the ordeal.

I recently placed an order for two medium pizzas from Pizza Hut on Hampden Ave. However, upon delivery, I received one large pizza instead. When I notified the delivery person, he promised to return with the correct order in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, he only left the unwanted pizza and never came back. I tried to resolve the issue over the phone but was met with aggression, threats, and ultimately got hung up on without a chance to explain. I suffer from medical conditions like hypertension, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and the way I was treated exacerbated my symptoms, leaving me feeling nervous and threatened. I don't want to escalate this further with legal action; I simply want my correct order to be delivered. It was my daughter's birthday, and this experience has been disappointing. Thank you in advance. - H.

As a long-time customer with managerial experience in pizza stores, my recent encounter with the manager at Alhambra left me disappointed. I believe in the philosophy that the customer should be treated with respect, even if they may be mistaken. The manager's response to my concerns about not having change for a delivery was unprofessional. I felt her approach was dismissive and lacking in empathy. Despite my intention to escalate the matter to her supervisor, she showed no interest in resolving the issue satisfactorily. I was hoping for a more considerate response akin to what I experienced at Papa John's and Domino's. Sadly, I only received an email response, leaving me feeling unheard and unappreciated. This incident has deterred me from ordering from Alhambra in the future, as I had been considering switching from Domino's. It's regrettable that a loyal customer like myself had to experience such poor customer service. Thank you for listening.

I contacted our local Pizza Hut in Dunedin to place an order for a half pepperoni and half sausage pizza. Initially, I was told it would cost $12, but upon checking online, I found it listed for $7.99, which was surprising. However, as I proceeded with the online order, additional charges were added, and the final price came to $10.94, which was disappointing as it was not the deal I expected. I also noticed that red onions were considered as two toppings, in contrast to my understanding. This discrepancy made me question why ordering in-store did not yield the same prices. The situation felt unfair and frustrating.

I placed an order at 8:30 and tried to inquire about it an hour later, but the support was unhelpful and refused to speak with me. I have faced ongoing unpleasant experiences with this franchise for two years. Despite my attempts to address these issues privately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would appreciate a response from corporate before taking further action. My children have even heard inappropriate language while calling about delayed orders. This is my final attempt to seek a resolution before escalating my concerns publicly on 07/13/[redacted] through Twitter, Facebook, and various news platforms. I, along with over 50,[redacted] others, have reached our limit with the poor treatment of customers. Sincerely, Outraged Americans

Around a week ago, I contacted Pizza Hut on Copley Road in Akron, Ohio, to place an order for a large cheese pizza with sweet sauce. They informed me they couldn't add the sweet sauce I wanted, which led to me making a complaint. Subsequently, I ordered from a different Pizza Hut. Today, the manager from Pizza Hut on Copley Road called me to offer a $10 credit to my account but mentioned there would be an additional charge if I requested sweet sauce. When questioning why they would charge for sweet sauce, given the availability of other sauces and my preference for it, the conversation became tense, and the manager abruptly ended the call after I contested the charge for sweet sauce. I request the district manager to reach out to me regarding the ongoing issue I am experiencing with the current manager at the Pizza Hut on Copley Road in Akron, Ohio.

My name is Paula J-M and I represent a charity called Pauls Place located near your Longwell Green branch. On 13/7/18, a group of us visited your restaurant and asked for a table for 9, including 4 members in wheelchairs. Despite seeing empty tables, the initial staff member claimed the restaurant was full due to an upcoming children's party. When challenged about the empty tables, the manager also cited lack of space upon seeing the wheelchairs. This incident left our members feeling discriminated against due to their disabilities. They chose to dine at Nanos instead and felt warmly welcomed there. One of our members, deeply affected by the experience, contacted Pizza Hut to voice the issue and is awaiting a response. We have a diverse group of [redacted] members with varying abilities who rely on community visits to build confidence. We were disappointed by the treatment received and seek a copy of your Equality and Diversity policy for review.

On Friday, July 13, at 9:00, I contacted the Pizza Hut near me to place a pickup order for a large Super Supreme pizza. During the call, I asked if they had 2 liters of Diet Coke, which they confirmed and I added to my order along with extra red crushed peppers and cheese. However, upon pickup, only the pizza was provided without the soda. When I called back, I was informed they only had Pepsi and would not deliver it unless I bought another pizza. Reluctantly, I drove to Pizza Hut for the Pepsi but decided to ask for a refund instead, as I prefer Diet Coke over Pepsi. The manager eventually refunded my money. Unfortunately, the pizza had very little toppings and was cold when we opened it at home, resulting in most of it going to waste. Previously a regular customer, I am now reconsidering my future orders at Pizza Hut, as I believe Little Caesars may offer better service.

I recently experienced a painful incident while eating pizza from the store closest to my home ([redacted]). After biting into something hard, I injured two of my teeth and my gums, causing discomfort for days. Despite my complaint, the operations manager, Mark, contacted me but seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my concern. He did not identify himself as a manager and was dismissive of my request for corporate contact. I mentioned the need for dental treatment and potential expenses, to which he vaguely responded. I felt the handling of the situation was unprofessional, and I disposed of the pizza due to fear and shock. Requesting corporate to contact me, I was offered a credit but insisted on a refund. As my teeth were harmed, I expect compensation for dental costs. Thank you. - Chris C.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut on 21 Mitthoefer St. Today, I placed an order that was not delivered after two hours. When I inquired about the status, I was told that my order was canceled without my consent. Additionally, a payment of $19.47 was deducted from my card. As a loyal customer, this has never happened to me before. I spoke to the manager, Jenn, who advised me to reorder and make a new payment. However, since the money has already been withdrawn from my bank account, I feel that my original order should still be fulfilled. I never authorized the cancellation, and the delivery driver did not attempt to deliver the order.

I recently tried to order pizza online from your website but encountered accessibility issues as a visually impaired individual using a screen reader. Despite being prompted to call the provided phone number for assistance, the only help I received was a referral to the Quincy IL Pizza Hut on Locust Street. Upon contacting them, I was informed that I could not avail of the special offer listed online and would have to pay the regular price instead of the discounted coupon rate displayed. It's evident that blind customers face significant barriers when navigating your website and accessing deals. The lack of accessibility for visually impaired individuals is unacceptable.
