Help with my Pittsburgh Post-Gazette issue

* ... My name is Cheryl Berardi I called on July **, **** close to *pm to request information about an obituary for my mother. After sending the information the women provided me with a draft and the cost of *,***. At that time I called her and said absolutely cannot spend that type of money and I requested her to delete my email that I sent her. She confirmed she did and I would not be billed. Please research this with you service agent and remove me from the billing I received. I did not agree to publishing the obit once I was told the price. I thought it was going to be maybe $**. I was so distraught already and this was shocking as I expressed to the agent. I DID NOT APPROVE THIS. Therefore please correct. Thank you. I do suspect since it was close to * something happened in error but it was not on my part. FOR SOME REASON NUMBERS DO NOT SHOW IN THIS COMPLAIN MESSEAGE.
