Dear Sir*Madam*Hope this*email finds you well*kindly note that I have purchased a philips television model **"PFL**FHD *D Smart TV on ********** from Xcite AlGhanim in Kuwait as per the attached invoice and Before one month from today, the TV has stopped working suddenly without any misuse or showing any prior problem, and when I have contacted Xcite AlGhanim for maintenance they have informed me that there are no spare parts for this TV and there is no solution but to purchase a new television.**I wish to confirm from your side as well that that is true and if there is any solution for this TV as I believe*that I purchased*from your esteemed brand to ensure that I would get the best use and longevity for my product.**looking forward to hearing from you at the*earliest**thank you**Michel Nabil
