I place a vacation stop on my paper when I'm away, which is often during the year. I assumed that I was getting credit for those days that I did not receive the paper. I just found out that The Phila Inquirer stopped that policy in **** and that I am being charged for the paper even when it is not delivered. I was told that I could still read the paper digitally. I have never read the paper digitally and I did not ask for the ability to do so. I want a physical paper and that is all. When I don't get a physical paper I don't want to be charged for it. I love having the paper in the morning but I am not going to pay for something that I am not receiving. I cancelled my account.
