I’ve been a customer of Peapod for over * years spending upwards of $*** a month for all of my grocery needs but I think today will be my last order as I have been inconvenienced for the last time. **There has to be something more you guys can do for out of stock items that the customer is expecting such as giving every item a replacement option. I’ve had this happen quite a few times but the last two times have been awful and my last order in particular is the last straw. **To be specific, on my order (ID a*********) I bought seven bushels of kale and none will be delivered and there was no replacement option. That’s a real problem because I was going to use that kale for juicing. Without the kale, all of the lemons, carrots, apples, apple juice, ginger, spinach, cucumbers, and celery that I bought in this order is essentially useless now and a big waste of money. I can not afford that. I can deal with all of the other issues over the years that I don’t even bother to complain about like the torn bags of bread that expose the bread to air and dries it out before I can even use it, the bananas that go brown within a day, and the potato chips that have been crushed. Those things I don’t even bother to call or write customer service about even though I should. But I have had it with this out of stock issue because this one is really damaging. Just thought you guys should know.
