To whom it may concern, I am a customer of Payflex. I am not getting any satisfaction from Payflex for the following reasons:**. I was informed that a **** bill I paid in January ****, I will not be reimbursed because I did not file a claim. I was told by Payflex that if f I filed a claim, the bill would have been paid through ****. I have been a customer for the past * years. I never had to us e this process. How would I even know. I received an email from your former supervisor Joel Hetrick explaining this process. I did speak with an attorney and he believes I have a case in small claims court.**. Payflex needed * bills to verify medical procedures, I emailed them ** days a go (Oct *, ****). First, I never received any confirmation of receipt or action Payflex was taken. Second when I called today I was informed today, your staff lost two of the bills I submitted. The third bill was denied incorrectly and was resubmitted today.*This means I need to resubmit them again.**. I have paid about $*,*** in out of pocket expense while my Payflex card has been held hostage by payflex. I submitted these bills on Sunday, Oct * via email to escalations email address. Again, I never received confirmation of receipt of email. I never received confirmation if anything was processed. I made a call today (Oct **, ****) I was informed your escalations dept forward an email to a person (Joel Hetrick) who was terminated at the end of Sept-****. **. Finally, during my conversation with Shirley (supervisor) said she was going to personally oversee that this gets processed. She told me I needed to submit a claim form for reimbursement.*Interesting these claims are for ****, why should I need to file paperwork for **** bills? **. I explained my frustration and dissatisfaction and asked Shirley to email me the form tonight so I can complete and submit. its *:** and I am online and never received an email from Shirley*The lack of any level of customer service has failed me and my family for ****. It is actually pathetic.
