By the next month, the error had grown to $-11.18, and by December [redacted], it had increased further to $-21.63. Despite my online balance consistently showing as 0.00, every PayPal statement since then continues to reflect the incorrect $-21.63 balance. I have attempted to resolve this issue with PayPal on four separate occasions over the past eight years. Unfortunately, each time I have encountered challenges explaining the situation to the support staff, leading to frustration and ultimately abandoning the attempt due to the significant time investment required. While it may seem inconsequential since no payment is being requested for the $21.63, the importance of resolving this persistent error lies in the principle of correcting inaccuracies.

I am inquiring about a refund that should have been processed on the 4th of July. The refund was for two amounts, $67.00 and $47.00, from Warrior Plus for the 60-second traffic app and the 62nd traffic app Autobot with a guarantee of [redacted] clicks a day. I have not received the refunds and cannot locate any records of them, except on Warrior Plus. I made the purchase using my PayPal account, which is connected to my zero checking account. It has been over 30 days, and I am becoming concerned. If the matter is not addressed promptly, I may seek legal advice, as I have faced similar issues before. I am prepared to share my experience on social media to ensure this gets resolved. A while back, I updated my email to [redacted] with the password Breaker75. However, today, I can't access my account as both the email and password are not working. I recently noticed an unauthorized $[redacted].00 payment on 8/3/[redacted] for gift card vouchers (item [redacted]-transaction [redacted]1US[redacted]) dated Aug. 4, [redacted]. As a 76-year-old, I don't engage in such activities, especially not at 3:40 AM. Kindly correct my email and password, refund the $[redacted].00, and investigate who made this purchase under my name. I contacted PayPal on Saturday, August 14th to report an issue with an order I placed for a storage unit from China via PayPal. Although I received a notification that the item was delivered on August 4th, I actually received a small envelope containing pierced earring backs, weighing [redacted] grams instead. The envelope was labeled with the sender as B.F.E. at [redacted] Melrich Rd. in Cranbury, NJ. After speaking with a customer service representative and changing my email address during the call, I was supposed to receive a follow-up call for finalizing the change, which I did not receive. Upon trying to access my account later, I found it was restricted. I am concerned about the fraudulent activity by the B.F.E. Corporation and the $98.26 that was deducted from my account. Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Anne. Recently, my account has been compromised by an annuity that attempted to withdraw money from my PayPal, which resulted in bouncing my account and causing overpayments. I did a free trial with them 12 months ago, but I never signed up for a subscription. I want to stop this unauthorized activity as it has caused havoc with my PayPal, restricting my account. I am experiencing an issue with my business account where the funds from a customer payment are being held. I usually log into my account without any issues, but today I mistakenly added a cell phone number that I cannot access. Although I tried to correct it, the system sent a verification code to the wrong number. When I contacted customer service, they suggested using my landline for the code, but I hesitated to provide my full Visa number over the phone. After attempting to remove the incorrect cell number, I was asked for my Visa details. Reluctant to disclose sensitive information, I only offered the first and last four digits. Unfortunately, my account got blocked, leaving me with no other option but to cancel it or open a new one in my husband's name. This experience has been frustrating as I cannot access my account without a cell number, which I never needed before. The added number is no longer in use, and I believe customer service should be able to remove it without additional complications.

My security code device has stopped working and I can't access my account. I tried changing the battery but it only shows an unreadable display. How can I get a replacement device? Thank you. Dealing with PayPal's phone lines was initially frustrating, but I eventually found a way to speak to a real person. Luckily, the representative I connected with was helpful and genuinely interested in resolving my problem. He guided me through the available options and assisted me in entering the required information to fix the issue. The whole process took about 10 minutes. I recently received payment from a client through Paypal for the first time. However, when I tried to withdraw the funds to one of my linked bank accounts, it automatically selected a checking account, which I don't have, without giving me an option to choose. Despite completing the withdrawal process, the funds never showed up in my account after waiting for over two weeks. The transaction shows as complete, but my bank has no record of any incoming funds from Paypal. I am frustrated because I worked hard for this money and just want to get it back.

I currently have an active checking account with VARO mobile banking. Unfortunately, a week ago, I was taken by ambulance and was unable to retrieve my personal belongings, including my wallet which contained my ID and bank debit card. Even though I have since replaced my driver's license temporarily, I am struggling to prove my identity to my bank without my debit card. In the meantime, I have opened a PayPal account in hopes of accessing the $[redacted].00 in my checking account. Hello, my name is Kimberly Bob. I received an email on May 9th informing me that I am eligible to withdraw my funds. I attempted to add a bank on July 7th, and it was successfully added to my account. However, on July 8th, it was unexpectedly removed from PayPal. Despite contacting PayPal and being told to wait 24-48 hours, the issue persisted. Even after numerous calls to agents, no one could assist me. On August 7th, I received an email from PayPal stating that bank [redacted] was re-enabled. The following day, when I tried to re-add the bank, I encountered an error again. After speaking with an agent who advised me to wait 72 hours, I refrained from accessing my account. When I contacted an agent on Friday, I was informed that their security system was preventing me from adding a bank. I am struggling to withdraw my money and seek your assistance, as it is urgent.

Hello, I have been in touch with the seller on AliExpress multiple times, and they have assured me that they processed a refund of 62.30€ for a purchase I made on 14/03/[redacted] (defective product returned). However, to date, I have not received the refund. Despite contacting AliExpress 5 or 6 times, they continue to inform me that the refund was issued on 16/05/[redacted]. They now request an official document from Paypal confirming that I did not receive the 62.30€ refund in order to proceed with another refund. Below is the email they sent. Regarding Case PP-L-[redacted]40, I kindly request that the hold on my funds/account be removed. While I am no longer using PayPal and have shifted to a competitor, I am not asking for my account to be reinstated. Despite my previous appeal being denied, I respect the decision. However, I believe that retaining my funds for [redacted] days due to a non-fraudulent violation of PayPal’s policy is excessive. If my request to release the funds is not addressed satisfactorily, I intend to file complaints with the relevant agencies on August 30, [redacted]. I acknowledge PayPal’s necessity for holding funds for chargeback protection. However, given my account history of low chargebacks and high customer satisfaction, withholding the entire balance for [redacted] days seems unfair and potentially contrary to certain laws. Last October, I deposited $[redacted] into my PayPal account for safekeeping. Unfortunately, on the same day, they placed limitations on my account, preventing me from accessing my funds. Despite following their instructions to remove the limitations, weeks went by with no solution. I then requested a reversal to my Bank of America account, which PayPal claimed to have processed, but my bank had no record of it. After countless back-and-forths, months later, I resorted to filing a dispute and arbitration with PayPal. Just recently, I discovered that the $[redacted] is back in my PayPal account, but the limitations still prevent me from transferring the money out. It's been almost a year since I initially deposited the money, and I am still unable to access it.

I am feeling very frustrated. I have been struggling to seek assistance from eBay and PayPal without success. They keep redirecting me to Just Answer, but they do not handle eBay or PayPal inquiries.
