While trying to place an order on Uggs Outlet online, I selected Visa card but got redirected to PayPal where my outdated information is causing issues. I received a notification from PayPal to update my address, phone, and Visa details but have been struggling, especially with the phone number. Attempts to reach a human by calling [redacted] have been unsuccessful. I also emailed three different sites with no response, leaving me frustrated. Updating my information is crucial to complete the sale successfully. Any help would be appreciated.

I requested help two days ago. My daughter installed the app on my phone, but I usually use my PC. You already have my email on file. The app asked for a password, but it didn't work, so I created a new one. I mistakenly set up a new customer account instead of using my existing one. I placed my first order, but payment from December 23rd has not been reflected in my account. Propay mentioned they combined two requests, but I only see one documented. The transactions have not appeared in my bank account yet to proceed. I prefer the funds to be sent to the credit card already on file. My bank is Transcend Credit Union.

I contacted PayPal customer service today regarding my undelivered easel ordered in September from China. Despite multiple emails, the seller only advised me to wait. I received the tracking number today, stating delivery on September 24th, a day when both my husband and I were home, but we did not receive the package. Unsure of its whereabouts, I never received the item and feel the need to dispute this. I have a PayPal account for my purchases on eBay and Amazon. Recently, I changed my password to a 12-digit one but had trouble accessing my account later when trying to make a payment using PayPal credit for a blower ordered. I then changed my password to a shorter one for easier access and was able to make a payment to Altera Georgia. However, I am now facing difficulty accessing my account, frustratingly unable to log in with both my original long password and other email details. It seems like I might have a trial subscription issue as well.

I'm experiencing an issue with 2 cases I filed that got mixed up. One was for $[redacted] regarding dolls, and the other was for $51 about a saw and blades. The dolls I received were nothing like what was advertised on Facebook, and the quality was far from what I paid for. Regarding the saw and blades, I only received small blades for a drum tool, nothing close to what I ordered. I have pictures of the dolls and the website from Facebook for both cases. I am requesting a refund for both purchases. There seems to be confusion with my PayPal account regarding the $[redacted] and $51 transactions. I hope to resolve this matter promptly.

I'm unsure about the company I purchased a smoke detector from this morning. It might be a Chinese company. I wish to cancel my order as the phone number I tried calling seems to be out of order. The email for the company is [redacted] I feel misled as I thought the company was based in the US when I placed the order. I also emailed the company (Lionel) but have not received a response yet. I have reached out to my American Express concierge, and they are monitoring the transaction for me to ensure it gets canceled. Thank you, Dr. Harvey D. Rappoport.

I wanted to give everyone a heads up. Recently, I purchased a Makita vacuum from a company named Loomell located in Maine, USA. Although I had not heard of them before, they had the product I needed at a good price, and I used PayPal to complete the transaction on their website. However, upon returning to their site, I noticed that none of their products matched what I had bought, which raised suspicions for me. The customer name was in Chinese, and the product descriptions seemed off. I tried contacting Loomell without much success. Now, I am worried about the security of my credit card information. Can someone clarify if this company is legitimate and supported by PayPal? Should I consider freezing my credit card account or changing my account number as a precaution?

To whom it may concern, I wish to inform you that I do not have a PayPal account. I recently received an email advising me of a purchase that I did not make and will not authorize. The provided receipt number is 1[redacted]-6[redacted]. I want to clarify that I did not authorize this transaction and anyone responsible will face serious felony charges of theft, identity theft, and fraud. The individual has misappropriated funds from the Social Security Administration without my consent, which is illegal. I want to make it clear that I did not make the purchase in question.

I purchased an item from a seller on eBay, but they were no longer registered the next day. I filed a claim with both eBay and PayPal. eBay closed the claim because I also opened one in PayPal, stating my account was used fraudulently. Since there was no option for a seller not registered on eBay, I had to choose that. Even though eBay assured me I was still covered, PayPal closed the case without investigating. The FedEx tracking shows the item was supposedly left at the front door without a signature or anyone receiving it. I have contacted my courier company in Miami, and they confirm they never received the item. I can provide their contact information. Now, I am left with no item, no refund, and no help from PayPal. eBay provided me with a case number to work with PayPal to try to get my money back from seller "becon [redacted]" on eBay. The refund process had started with PayPal before this claim was made. Transaction order: 0JA042940Y[redacted].

Since January 1, the PayPal website has not displayed any transaction history for my account. I have been a frequent user of PayPal, especially during the recent pandemic, to make online purchases utilizing my credit card. The transaction details for [redacted] were available before January 1 but have since disappeared along with recent purchases. Despite my efforts, PayPal has yet to resolve this issue. Furthermore, attempts to report this problem have been futile as the response received appears to be an automated email that does not address my concerns regarding missing transaction history.

I was previously told that my issue was resolved in my favor, but now I received notice that you've withdrawn because I contacted my credit card company. This is confusing as I always involve my credit card for such matters. Should I cancel with the credit card to let PayPal assist? Is the issue still pending now? What if the credit card company cannot assist? Can I reopen the case with PayPal? I wish I had been told not to involve the credit card regarding the order. I'm unsure of what steps to take next and finding it hard to reach someone for clarification. Can you clarify if I'm not supposed to involve my credit card if I report to PayPal? Can the resolution be maintained if I cancel the credit card's involvement later on? I need clear guidance and answers.

I placed an order for a comforter on December 5th from Cuztomboxgifts. I made a payment of $79.95 through Paypal using my credit card ending in [redacted]. The receipt number provided was 3[redacted]-2[redacted]. Despite being informed that the charge would only occur upon processing, my card was charged on December 7th. An email stated the item would take 10-14 days to reach Livonia by December 19th, but I have yet to receive it. My attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful as there is no available phone number. On December 23rd, I received an email with a USPS tracking number and a transaction ID, indicating the item had been shipped. However, USPS has informed me that they are still awaiting the package at their location. As it is now January 2nd and the product has not arrived in time for Christmas, I had to buy a replacement elsewhere. I am requesting a refund back to my credit card or in cash. I recently noticed some inaccurate charges on my account. Due to my medical situation, I may have missed some emails regarding these charges. All transactions from Honey Science Corp. are incorrect as I did not authorize or recall making these purchases. For the last four months, I've been wrongly charged for products I never received despite canceling my subscriptions months ago. BirchBox, FabFitFun, and IPSY Glambag (which double-charges me) are the companies responsible. Due to moving to a new address, I wasn't aware that these charges were ongoing. I've usually had a great experience with PayPal, so I didn't frequently check my account, assuming all was well. I moved in late September and believe I did receive that month's items before canceling the automatic payments. Upon reviewing my PayPal account, I noticed only one auto-payment set up.

I made a payment to a vendor for services and received a $[redacted] bonus with my order. The vendor contacted me about a pending issue with the $[redacted] and assured me it would be returned once the transaction was complete. After reaching out to customer service via chat, I was initially informed it would take an additional 21 days. I expressed my frustration and demanded a refund. The representative explained he had released the funds and provided instructions to the vendor. Eventually, the vendor complied, but upon trying to access my account, I was informed that it was the wrong password and that the account did not belong to me. Despite providing the transaction number, I faced difficulties accessing any of my PayPal accounts as they were all locked. I recently received an email from PayPal informing me about a purchase of $32.78 with Collections Etc. The receipt number provided was 5[redacted] 6[redacted]. However, Collections Etc. has no record of this transaction when contacted. Surprisingly, $34.11 was deducted from my bank account by PayPal. I am disappointed that I never received any confirmation or the items from Collections Etc. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly, and I hope to speak with a PayPal representative to address this before pursuing a dispute with my bank. Thank you for your assistance.

My 12-year-old son accidentally opened a PayPal account without my knowledge. When I sent money to the account for his summer job, it was suspended, and the funds were not returned. Despite being told it would be suspended for [redacted] days, it has now been longer. I am a long-time customer and need PayPal to honor their promise and refund the money to my account promptly.

I encountered an issue trying to pay a $[redacted] Palpal Payment invoice as a guest using PayPal online. Whenever I attempt the payment, a message appears saying, "There is a problem," and advises to try again later. I verified with my bank that everything is in order on my end, with correct information and sufficient funds. Despite trying again after waiting, the error persists. I even attempted to make the payment using a different account, but faced the same problem. This is unusual as I have regularly paid invoices to this company without issue before. I received $[redacted] for merchandise I sold, and the customer made the payment in person after receiving the product. I am currently waiting for the funds to be available to pay my bills. Unfortunately, I received a notification that my account is on hold due to lack of recent activity, in case there are any issues with the product. However, I handed over the product, and the customer paid with their card, so there should not be any issues. I urgently need access to my money and request that it be made available immediately.
