I have filed a case with PayPal’s resolution center that has been stalled for two weeks. I cannot get through to anyone at PayPal *The case is the only one in my PayPal account, a saddle purchase from Oct **, a Michael Stokes Centaur saddle, that has unreported, undescribed, and unphotographed damage. The seller WILL NOT REPLY! EBay will not help because I have filed with Paypal. I really need to speak with someone because I am getting nowhere electronically. I have all the details and photos. Shall I include all that here? Or can I PLEASE, Please, get guidance from a real person? I am an older pre-internet adult and this has passed beyond my skills. *Thank you!*Karen Maas
