I placed an order for 4 pairs of cashmere pants on October 29 and made the payment via PayPal. The total amount paid was $[redacted].96, and the only information on my credit card statement is *ECHO[redacted]061HKG. Despite the time that has passed since the order, I have not yet received the items. I kindly request to investigate this order as I am still interested in receiving it. Hello, I've been attempting to reach out for several months without any success. I have not received a payment from Airbnb that was issued in October for a booking. Airbnb has verified that the payment was made. I've had no issues receiving payments from Airbnb in the past, but this time I'm encountering difficulties and Paypal hasn't been able to assist me. I have been receiving multiple communications from PayPal regarding an account that I do not have. Although I had an account with PayPal over 30 years ago, I canceled it after my first use. PayPal assured me that they would resolve any issues with sellers who did not deliver products. After 2 years, they closed the case of an item I did not receive, and I promptly canceled my account. I keep getting notifications now, but I want to confirm that I have an account and request proof that I signed up for it. The most recent message was received after I reported a phishing incident to Amazon, and I believe it should not be related to PayPal. My name is Wade L. M. Thank you.

I made a purchase and noticed that the payment was charged to an old account linked to a Regions card. However, when I printed the transaction, it showed the payment was meant for the original card I used. I have been trying to reach out for assistance for over three hours without success. There was a brief call received from the company, but it was disconnected right away. Every time I call back, they mention they cannot help over the phone and disconnect the call. This situation is frustrating, and it seems like they are avoiding contact. I am considering reaching out to the Better Business Bureau for help in resolving this issue.

Last Thursday, I purchased a book from a seller in Japan on eBay. Yesterday, I received an email stating that the payment was declined due to insufficient funds. I am wondering if it's possible to charge the amount to the bank debit card I have on file with you instead. I have removed my checking account details from my PayPal but my debit card is still linked. I apologize if this question seems basic, as I am on the autism spectrum and sometimes struggle with unfamiliar situations. I don't want the seller to ship the book without receiving payment after informing me that they have the funds. Can you assist me with this, please? Thank you.

I accidentally made a $[redacted] purchase from MoMA, canceled it shortly after, but Paypal processed the payment. Since I won't receive the item, I shouldn't have to pay for it. I'm requesting Paypal to credit me for the canceled purchase. Even though the cancellation was verbal over the phone without written confirmation, the details should be verifiable.

I've been attempting to reach out to PayPal as both of my accounts are currently locked. I'm looking to send a message or give them a call to request access to my accounts. I realize that PayPal acts as an intermediary for cardholders. I kindly request to receive a notification if there are any issues with my correspondence address at [redacted] If I don't hear back through email or a phone call, it seems like PayPal may be in breach of our agreement since they haven't been responsive via phone either.

On November 13, [redacted], I bought a TV for $99 from Ellen Reed. The email she sent me doesn't exist, here it is: "[redacted]" The transaction number is 5AY29651EG470634L. I realized a few days later that it was not a legitimate purchase. Can you please help me get a refund? Thank you.

During my college years, I utilized the email [redacted] mainly for academic purposes. I had linked this email to my PayPal account in the past. Recently, I have been unable to access this older PayPal account to transfer its contents to my current account, [redacted] A sum of $20 was mistakenly sent to the old [redacted] PayPal account. I made a purchase from Catch Creation LLC yesterday for $21.35. However, I noticed an additional charge of $42.78 on my account, which I did not authorize. I recently purchased two purses from a company called Sopsixm that were advertised as Dooney & Bourke for $65.80. Upon arrival, both purses had broken zippers, and the logos were in Chinese, leading me to believe they are fake due to the poor quality. I contacted PayPal to dispute the purchase, which was escalated to a claim. However, my claim was denied because I allegedly did not respond to questions that were never sent to me. Despite speaking with two different agents on 11/30/[redacted], I was disconnected both times, which has left me feeling frustrated. I believe my dispute is valid, especially since there was no receipt in the package and no way to contact the seller. I have encountered an issue with PayPal where a second fraudulent case was opened even though my bank has already verified and processed the payment, confirming it was not fraud. As a result, the recipient's account has been frozen, despite PayPal being informed that the dispute should have been closed days ago. I have spoken to multiple representatives, all assuring me that the case should be closed, yet it remains under review. I have submitted all necessary verification documents and obtained a reference number from my bank confirming the legitimate transaction. This ongoing situation is unacceptable, and I urge for a prompt resolution.

Hello! I am experiencing an issue with another PayPal account I created around [redacted]/[redacted]. This account is associated with the email [redacted], and I linked my bank account to it. Unfortunately, I do not remember the password and no longer have access to the phone number linked to that account. I made a purchase on 11/25 from an online store named "King" using my Visa card. There was a charge of $60.90 on my Visa statement from StevenPhan at [redacted]. The store is now offline. I followed the instructions and sent an email immediately to cancel the order. Despite that, on Nov 26, I received an email from EmmaNhung confirming order #[redacted]. I informed them right away that I had canceled the order the day before. They mentioned they would look into it but have not responded since. I followed up on Nov 30, asking about the cancellation status, but still no reply. I'm concerned and seeking assistance to stop the order. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I bought a Nikon [redacted] range finder on August 23, [redacted], through E-bay. Unfortunately, the unit arrived non-functional. After changing the battery, it worked for only 4 days before ceasing to function again. Subsequent battery replacements yielded the same result. The seller, Summesser-O, has become unresponsive. Despite contacting E-Bay, the timeframe for assistance has lapsed, prompting a referral to PayPal. If all attempts to resolve the issue fail, I will require a proof of purchase to seek assistance from Nikon.

On December 1st, I purchased 3 PS5 Digital Edition consoles from what I believed to be Playstation but later realized it was a different site. Concerned that it might be a scam, I used Capital One for the first purchase via PayPal for $[redacted].95 and PayPal directly for the other two at $[redacted].90 each. My grandson's friends vouched for the site, reassuring us of its safety. However, now I suspect fraud and would like to cancel both orders and receive a refund to my PayPal account. I won an auction for a preowned David Yurman ring through eBay, but haven't received it yet. Order #17-06[redacted]1. Upon inquiring, eBay informed me the seller's account was compromised, and CHASE VISA advised me to contact them regarding the issue. Despite Chase closing their investigation, I later discovered the ring turned from 18KT gold to silver, revealing it was a fake. Now that eBay removed the listing, I'm unable to request a return or file a dispute since Chase Bank already did. I simply wish to return the counterfeit ring and receive a refund of $[redacted].57.
