Good morning, I am Julia Miklas, the treasurer for my school's Pupil's Committee, writing about an unresolved issue from 5 years ago. We had around [redacted] euros in a Luxembourg PayPal account that got blocked, and we need access to these funds for upcoming projects at the European School Luxembourg 2. The account is under Aneta Planovska's name, a former committee member who is unreachable now. We lack the password, only knowing the linked email, and can't reset it without access to the phone number or security questions associated with the account. I used PayPal to purchase three items on November 6th. One item was $47.98, another $53.18, and the third $48.99. However, I have yet to receive my items. Hello, I am feeling quite frustrated because I have been trying to contact a real person to assist me for a while now, but I have not been successful. My issue is that my account was blocked due to a fraudulent claim made against me, which I have proven to be unfair. Despite this, my account was still blocked. I would like a person to investigate this matter, as the transaction in question was a personal funds transfer and not related to my business in any way. Our American company works with Instagram and had recently attempted to link PayPal as an additional payment gateway for our customers before the account was blocked. I want to stress that we are open to negotiations and can provide any necessary proof of our company's legitimacy. Best regards

Dear Paypal, While I was studying in the Netherlands last year, I signed up for PayPal to pay for a one-year subscription to Grammarly.com. I recently received an email confirming a payment to Grammarly.com that I did not authorize. I have since completed my studies and am now residing in Ghana. Hello, I am Kevin Lassiniit, and I encountered an issue with my order from Ubisoft. Initially, I received an email confirming the completion of my order, but shortly after, I received an email indicating an error. I spoke with two Ubisoft support representatives who advised me to contact my bank. Subsequently, I contacted my bank, and while the money was deducted from my account, Ubisoft's employees did not see the order due to my bank having a €[redacted] limit and my order amounting to €[redacted].99. After speaking with my bank, I learned that it would take a minimum of 7 days for the pending transaction to cancel, and they suggested reaching out to PayPal support to expedite the refund process. The transaction ID is 9SY28982F[redacted]F, and it took place between 8th and 9th December at midnight. I have attached three pictures for reference: the initial order confirmation from PayPal, the error message, and a screenshot showing the pending amount of €[redacted].99. I have been experiencing an issue for the last two months regarding my purchase with Handhold Tech Ltd. Despite reaching out to the seller and PayPal, I have not received any assistance. I am feeling very frustrated. When I initially bought the product, I did not receive a return label, and when I requested one from the seller, my inquiries were ignored. I escalated the matter by contacting PayPal and opening a dispute, but unfortunately, my claim was closed without a resolution. This situation has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated.

I had an issue with my automatic payments overpaying my credit card statement, causing my bank account to go into the negative. I need to correct the autopay to pay smaller amounts monthly. I also would like a refund for the last overpayment. In the past, I was informed that refunds are only issued by check. However, given the technology available today, I would appreciate a quicker resolution, ideally within a shorter timeframe than three weeks. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I am unable to access my account due to a password issue. My credit card is linked to my email [redacted], and my previous phone number is not functional with this account. As a result, I am unable to use PayPal. I attempted to create a new account using another email, [redacted], but PayPal rejected my credit card mentioning it is associated with another account, which is the sharee account mentioned earlier. It seems I may need to close the sharee account, but I am unable to log in to proceed. I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

Last week, there was fraudulent activity on my account, so I contacted the bank to block transactions. This morning, when I tried to log in, I received a message indicating unusual activity. I entered the verification code, changed my password, and sent a bank statement. However, the error messages persist. After logging out and attempting to log in again, I encountered the same issue. It feels like a loop, and I require someone to call me to address this matter.

A payment of £[redacted].28 was debited from my Bank of Scotland account on December 11th for a PayPal transaction related to an eBay purchase. The payment was later returned to my account on the same day via Direct Debit. The seller still awaits their payment promptly. I now intend to make the payment directly from a different bank account to the seller. Kindly guide me on the next steps to proceed. Please confirm that there will be no further attempts to process the payment through PayPal or to initiate another Direct Debit. I prefer to make the payment from another bank account. I have been facing challenges with PayPal regarding my account access. Despite submitting all requested documents, such as receipts for my sold items, I feel frustrated as I have not been able to fully access my money or account. I provided the necessary information, yet my balance remains unchanged. This experience has been particularly disheartening for me, especially since I recently had twins and hoped to generate extra income by selling items on eBay. I have completed all the required steps, but my account still has limitations. As a new mother of twins, I am under a lot of stress and just want to use my account without any restrictions. I have followed all the instructions from PayPal, and I would appreciate it if they could restore full access to my account promptly. I purchased a prepaid card at Fred Meyer and loaded $[redacted] onto it. However, I faced issues setting up an account due to NetSpend. I received a check which I had to void, and after contacting customer service multiple times, I have yet to receive a replacement check. I purchased a remote control transformer online, but when the package arrived, it wasn't as advertised. Instead of a remote, it turned out to be a cheap transformer toy, similar to what you'd find at a discount store. Hello, I purchased a mobile phone and laptop combo through PayPal for $41.99 from Fujian AndleNetwork Technology CO., LTD on November 19th. I recently had money withdrawn from my bank account by PayPal despite declining a transfer. Not only that, I was charged double the fees for a friends and family transfer that shouldn't have had any fees. I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours attempting to speak with a supervisor. I request the immediate return of $[redacted] to my bank account and the prompt refund of the deducted fees to the sender. Please connect me with a supervisor swiftly. PayPal placed a hold on my account after I transferred $13,[redacted] to my lawyer, Lloyd J., earlier today via our Credit Union. Following the transfer, PayPal required a security check. Despite uploading my valid license in jpeg format, it was rejected. I am puzzled by this inconsistency as I use this license regularly.
